There are three possible responses for the “I can be a” question: “Host”, “Guest”, and “Public”. What does “public “ mean, in this context?
Public meaning park, restaurant, movie theater, etc.
Anyplace that's not private such as a home or hotel.
Some people also include a car in the definition of public.
People are really open to cuddling in a car?
@Mennahugs sure, why not? It's warm and dry and semi-private. In a cuddling context it's a good place to go. If neither of you can host, and a hotel is not in the equation, it's a great solution. From the karma I have read a common routine is a walk in the park holding hands and chatting, followed by a cuddle in the client's car.
And think about the societal context. Snogging* in cars has a long and honourable tradition. As has shagging.^

I've cuddled in a car more than once. It can be a little tight and not the most comfortable environment but it has a charm of it's own and like it has been said before, don't knock it till you try it @Mennahugs
