Hey guys, any advice on making my profile more interesting or inviting?

It's a good profile already. I'm not sure that's the best picture for the main photo though - a head and shoulders shot is usually best. (You can crop one of your existing ones.)
I would add two things to the text. Firstly, just a little bit more about you. Who are you? What brought you here? Secondly, a little bit of technical detail. For example, what areas do you cover?
