I just noticed someone I was talking to got banned, then I see them under a different name, just created a new profile. Is there not a way to keep this from happening. Huge safety issue I think.

This will always be an ongoing issue unfortunately. As long as you don’t have to sign up using ID and a credit card like how pros have to, others will always be able to pop up. That’s why it’s so important to get their picture and meet in public first. If they refuse to send a pic or meet in public, it’s most likely they don’t want you to recognize them. Always get their picture.
