I know that people are selfish during the pandemic, but this is taking it to the extreme.
I don't know what the laws are called over there, but here there might be a case for criminal damage. It's deliberate destruction of property. You'd have to prove intent though, which might be tricky.

Whether or not charges are laid, I sincerely hope that person is never able to find work again in their field. That is beyond negligent.
This is just horrible , regardless if someone believes what’s going on or not, personal views or if they are anti vax, there’s literally no reason at all to do what they did, & they admitted to doing it deliberately , so yes criminal charges should definitely be brought up.
