So I have noticed that some people that I was going to potentially meet with asked me to pay them even though they did not say they were a pro. Is this technically allowed? If not where can I look this up so I can have this under reference?
One person wanted me to meet them that particular night at around 930 at night. I was immediately put off and felt uncomfortable. I have since blocked this person. Because of their behavior.
