Read the FAQ on the General Board. Write a thoughtful profile of at least three paragraphs - look at other profiles, men and women, to get an idea of what a good profile looks like. Hang out on the the forum for a bit.
Do not send any messages until you have understood what this place is about, and finished your profile. When you do start sending messages, be thoughtful and use proper English. Most female members receive many messages, and many of them will not reply: do not take it personally.
Remember that, despite superficial mechanical similarities, cuddling has much more in common with psychotherapy than it does with dating.
