Cuddle agreement (a non-pro version)

The discussion of Client agreements on the pro forum, got me thinking about the fact that in non pro situation that we all should be abiding by the code of conduct in the same way. I know I expect the same kind of boundaries regardless of whether money is changing hands or not.

    I expect the same general boundaries from everyone too. But are you suggesting a Cuddling Agreement to be agreed to between enthusiast cuddlers?  I would not be in favor of a formal agreement when no money is changing hands. A page full of "whereas, wherefore, and the Parties agree" can quickly turn what should be a warm friendly, and organic experience into something much colder. We're all adults here, so we're all presumably capable of talking to each other to discuss our wishes, requirements, and understandings. [I have standards of conduct for a first date too, but I don't present the ladies with a dating agreement. ;-)]  Yes that was a little facetious. I just want cuddling to be a relaxing experience not the equivalent of a legal deposition.

    It is just that some of the profiles I see seem to suggest things that are not platonic.  That is my reason for the agreement even between non pros.

    I also think that a formal agreement between non-pros is not a good idea in general.  If a profile seems to suggest non platonic things, maybe you might want to clarify through communication that no boundaries will be crossed, or just avoid them altogether.  On the other hand if a formal agreement is what you think would work best for you, go for it.  Personally I like to handle potential problems through communication.

    I just don't think it makes sense for non pro cuddling to have some kind of formal agreement.   Just talk to the person and be open and honest about what you want.  
    There are guidelines on this site like you're not supposed to seek sexual experiences etc.  so just stick to that and you'll be fine.  But a formal agreement ?   Sounds hokey.

    Never used a formal agreement with non-pro cuddling.

    I always cuddle with self-aware and self-controlled adults.

    Not making extra work.
