How about the site having a private "notepad" for other members, where we could put useful information about them, just for our own reference ? For pros it might be price ; for everyone it might be available days or dates, location, or reminders about food / movie preferences from the profile or a meeting. Maybe some important navigation instructions.
@geoff1000 - I dont know about the device you're using, but my computer already has a notepad.
@Mike403 I meant one that would show the page of notes you'd made on a particular person, when you select their profile.
I think one possible reason for an unexpected block may be related to this ~ If one is using a cell phone, it's really easy to accidentally click "Block" instead of "Add as Friend".
And if (like me) one tried clicking their "back" button and could no longer view the person's profile, or forgot their friend's user name due to being flustered (and/or are just really bad with names), or they didn't know about the handy: "Who have I blocked?" tool provided by @neosonic2 or anything else that may keep one from discovering this...
... then one may very well be forever disconnected from someone they actually liked.
Just sharing because I had accidentally blocked someone when I first joined and didn't know how to undo it. I later found them through the forums, but at the time the above "unblock" option wasn't there. Instead I got a yellow box saying I had blocked them (yah-not helpful). But today, I followed the link, and there they were with the "unblock" option under them! Whoot!!

@pmvines thank you. I was doing the same using my past experience to help others too. Very true, in real life and on this site I have ran into negative and jealous people. I do the same, enjoy cuddles and success while they keep being negative @sillysassy your amazing 😉 happy that you don’t mind daily communication! People that truly care about others, are typically ok with daily communication. @lovelyhugs very true, I am happy that many people are supportive of those that have been rejected in some way, on this site. People on other sites do not support as much or handle it well.
I found it weird one time when I clicked on the profile of someone I saw in a discussion and found out they had blocked me. I had never interacted with this person or even looked at their profile before. I reported it to the admins and explained that I had never interacted with this person and didn't know why they blocked me. I wouldn't want to "get a bad rap" with the admins for no good reason. Oh well! I guess anyone is free to block anyone else, even proactively, just because they don't like what they see in your profile or in the forums and they decide they don't want to have anything to do with you. I suppose too many blocks in too short a time period looks bad, but the admins are used to seeing a certain number of blocks "just 'cuz."
