MY comment about not making the cut, and you could keep your money, was not making fun of you, but joining in on your own lighter moment when you asked if anyone wanted to take "the mean old bitch's money" joe something to that effect ... Which seems to have been changed or removed). And I was being sincere. I looked at your profile some time ago. You are clear of your likes/dislikes/deal killers, which is quite helpful. From what you expressed, you wouldn't be happy with me, at least on some of the points on your lists. No harm, no foul. But if you felt I was being disingenuous from MY comment, I wasn't.

There are many different types of attraction. I, too, am bothered by the fact that "attractive" is so often shorthand for "sexually attractive."
That said: @Importance, if you're looking for someone you're attracted to intellectually—someone you're drawn to interact with on a mental level—or aesthetically (someone you just wanna look at) or even tactilely (like how I'm drawn to those fuzzy blankets and pillows I keep seeing around), that's all 100% platonic and a-okay for this site. I'd like to assume that's what you meant when you said you wanted to cuddle "an attractive 30-year-old man."
But I can't make that assumption, because the word "attractive" is usually not meant platonically (no—not even here, in the public forum of this platonic website), and so I'd just like to make sure: you're not looking for someone you're drawn to sexually, right?
@introvme: If you've seen a nice lady get applauded for saying, on the forum of a platonic site, that she wanted to cuddle people she was attracted to... well, I must've been offline.
@DarrenWalker - This is supposed to be a site where people can find someone to cuddle with without expectation if it escalating to anything more. Some have their preferences of who they prefer whether physically or what not. It should not be against the rules to prefer someone she feels visually appealing even on a platonic site.
Dating sites are full of horny guys looking for sex. She's trying to avoid that.

And preferring a site where there's not supposed to be any sex at all to a dating site doesn't, alas, mean you're trying to avoid people who want sex. The number of folks on here looking for just that is... well, non-zero. She may be looking to get herself in a situation where any sexual stuff would be initiated by her.
I don't say she definitely is! But I do say she might be; it's possible. And so I ask: What's up with that word you used, @Importance? It has implications.
