Choose somebody you like the look of, and click the blue Request to Book button. Do not request a specific time at this stage; just send a nice message (use proper English) saying hallo and that you'd like to book a session. Mention that you are a first timer, and cover some basic details like location and a date that would suit you. Most cuddles are booked a few days ahead. Ask any questions that you would like.
Some professional cuddlers take breaks from cuddling without amending their profiles, so it's possible you won't receive a reply. Don't take it personally, it happens to everybody. Just move along to another professional.
Cuddling is intimate, and booking a cuddle is not like booking a haircut. The cuddler may want to take a little time to get to know you. Be friendly, and as open as you can.
Once you have agreed the details, book the session using the drop down boxes you didn't use earlier. This is essential to keep the site running.
