Which social life do you like better or prefer? Your real life one or your CC thread one

To include places like Reddit / ect as well .... as far as me ive always been a homebody & enjoy my escape with my phone 📱 / tv 📺 / net 👨‍💻 ect , I do have an amazing circle of friends that includes family / co-workers / & people that have come into my life throughout the times ...

There’s nothing more that I like than to get together with them , hit up a spot / drink beer / enjoy a sporting event ect / music / delicious bite & laughs , but the older we all get the more everyone is adulting & everyone has created or hast their own individual life & priorities have changed for obvious reasons ...

Ive been guilty of turning down hanging out or saying (I can’t tonight) or (I’m busy) just to enjoy my simple escape , which is the chill at home / relax & escape online ... I definitely like my online social life better, you?

    For social media I get to see, read and sometimes talk to people from all over who are specifically involved in this subject, and its peripheral issues. Or on Twitter I follow people from narrow topic areas - subject matter experts. On YouTube I follow people doing interesting things, or who share information of some interest in my life. Even some who do personal growth topics - be a bigger better person, or they talk about gender issues (being a man, and how that relates to this or that area of your life).

    In real life I can find a couple people to talk to about cuddling, but they're the people I meet here, and no one else. But I get to socialize in person with a whole lot of people from different areas of my life - work and professional meetups, family, school, and more. So real life is far more broad and varied.

    I like both.

    @introvme I appreciate that, but I define "social life" to include space where people know you - more than just a name (username or otherwise), and a few snarky comments here and there.

    I totally get that @DrCuddleBug .... it is just “wow” to imagine that if social online platforms like this didn’t exist, some people would have no social life at all ... online is not an escape for them, it is their everyday & thats completely fine (if the end result means they are happy)

    @introvme I completely agree. I wasn't trying to make disparring remarks about online social lives. It's just never been my thing. I'm glad it exists and know it's a great outlet for many.

    I'm an open book about my evolvement in the cuddle community to all, and other things in my life, online or real life....

    && I'm open about my real life to those that are curious, real life and online. Though both usually end up being joined in meeting you beautiful souls. 😊💗

    So.....

    I can admit that I'm into in-person interaction, especially one on one or in small groups, so I appreciate "real" life in it's glory.

    I can equally admit that connecting with so many types online in vague to deep ways, is a colorific joy to pen pal and hear from other like minded people. In whatever context it ends up being. That is equally real in a plethora of other ways.

    Sum up: Both bring me equal enjoyment in similar and completely different ways. ❣️
