I have to decide in the next 10 minutes ๐ฅบ help me decide ๐
4 votes in , Chinese wins with 50% thanks guys โบ๏ธ
Went with house special fried rice ๐
No Indian food. So sad. I voted Mexican
@JasonCuddles those were just the 3 dishes I was craving ๐ I actually havenโt tried Indian food yet
You have totally wasted 36 years of your life then, I'm afraid.
Wow really ??? ๐ one of my sisters has been trying to get me to eat Indian food for years now !!! Iโll have to take her up on her offer next time lol
@introvme you could join @MissAdventurous in the Cooking Therapy thread!! Bring some beers!
@Plato33 I refuse to post all these fast food on her thread ๐ she takes great passion & cooks from scratch ... even the herbs ๐ฟ & spices / seasoning she used are all in its purest form, I definitely enjoy her thread โบ๏ธ
@introvme have a look at my curries there!
Last time I had Indian, there was to much curry in my Chicken Tandoori.
When I saw the title of this post I thought it was either:
a) A discussion about racism b) A discussion about 3 people walking into a bar
I was wrong on both accounts.
I wish I hadn't seen this thread so late, it would have been fun to influence what somebody else ate for supper!
Lmao @LovenLight
Next time @squeakytoy *hug!
Thanks @introvme ! I'll keep my eyes open for it
You better keep your eyes open for it! @squeakytoy j/k ๐
indian Food is actually really good and healthy if it is cooked by someone who knows how to prepare it properly. also a lot is very spicy but you can get non spicy too.
I love Mexican and Indian food! To be honest I just Love food! I used to get Mexican EVERY Taco Tuesday and usually at least one other random day would be a Burrito or Bowl. Mongolian Stir-Fry on Thursdays. Indian usually multiple times during the week (it's very affordable and you get so much food), Sushi once a week, Italian once a week, Thai once a month (It's SO good but I would spend like $50-60 for one meal easily and that was with limits), Greek used to be once a week until they doubled their prices (Mmm Dolmadakia and Calamari!!!), Falafels usually once a week or whenever I was in the area where they make authentic ones. One place had the BEST Breakfast Falafels with eggs, hashbrowns, hot peppers, toast and fresh squeezed orange juice! The owner ran a tight ship and they were always packed! Veggie burgers with salad or fries from these two great places 1-2 times a week and then pizza usually once every week. Trying to think what I left out... Now since last March I have to cook my own food pretty much everyday since I'm so far from any restaurants that haven't gone out of business!
@Invisible_Touch What's your favorite Indian dish?
A lot of thai curries are quite good.
I love taking pics of my food! I have a whole journal so I can remember my favorite places ๐

@JasonCuddles What's your favorite Thai curry? Mine is green. I also really like Thai Green Papaya Salad, it's so good!
I've had both green and red and at the last spot I tried it at I liked the green better. I have had possibly other ones but that was a while ago so I don't recall what they were anymore
Edit---- Palak aloo is one of my favourite Indian ones. I also like chana masala and vindaloo in particular.
I hate this thread. This is my most hated thread of them all.
It's not the comments. Oh no. I love all the comments.
It's not the topic. It's a good topic. A fair topic. At the time, dare I say it, an important topic.
It's the title, you see. Not the words. I like all the words. Some of my favourite words are in the title. Nor the flags. Great flags, all of them. It's the positioning of the flags. The Chinese flag, to be specific. It's red you see, and every time I scroll the forum I think I've got a message because there's a flash of red in juuuuuust the right place. FML.
I canโt imagine going a few weeks without a good Mexican salad bowl, Indian biriyani, a good old American charcoal burger and fries, Chinese chicken/shrimp with garlic sauce , Korean bbq, Italian Pasta and Spaghetti and Thai crab fried rice. I can imagine a life without any of these. If only we took a step to respect and appreciate every race truly for who they are as much we love and adore all these cuisines.
@CuddleDuncan lol ๐ @johny18 would you give up all those amazing delicious ๐ dishes in exchange for cuddling for life? (You will never be able to eat those again) ๐
That burger looks good, though I'm particularly fond of burgers. I'm on the fence about whether bacon is good on burgers or not though (and there are some places that seem to like to put bacon on everything, which I think can be a bit weird).
@spuds ... there is no such thing as too much curry... maybe too hot, depending on your tastebuds.
@introvme How about Thai?... or am I getting too diverse for your area? As for that bowl you posted in place of Chinese... looks like it's from Chipotlรฉ ... which is like "industry mexican"... just like Panda Express is "industry chinese".
Just saying.
@LoveLikeAnEwok i still havenโt had Thai but I hear its very good & spicy ๐ถ
Youโre absolutely right thatโs a good catch .... I was looking in my camera scroll for a Mexican dish & got tired of looking & figured Chipotle will do ๐ ๐๐
