    This may be because of my own personal experiences with a highly defensive person (it got to the point with them that I did not cringe but rolled my eyes in exasperation because of how predictable and often it became), but yes, when I see aggressive and defensive behavior in forums it makes me cringe. There is definitely times that we need to stand up, defend, call out, but other times that I feel like it's not worth the fight and negativity, because the parties are not listening or trying to understand, just pushing their side with no regard. (Side note, I cringe even when it's a needed thing because confrontation in general makes me uncomfortable)

    And yes! @SuperManCuddles our similarities should bring us together, allow us to bond, comfort us, and soothe, and our differences should broaden our horizons, inspire our curiosity, and sense of adventure!
