  • @cuddles_ndream Thank you for the kind words. "You can laugh, you can cry, you can express yourself but please don't hurt each other." "If a lot of people love each other the world would be a better place to live." Tommy Wiseau x2.

Personally I feel love is a verb, an action. I believe that emotions and relationship status has nothing do with it. I believe you can genuinely love a stranger because you choose to do something to meet them where they're at, with acceptance and meet a need, small or large. I believe Jesus meant anyone we come into contact with is our neighbor (remember the parable of the good Sumaretine) and therefore we should do our best to love everyone (enemies included, which is also something Jesus said).
I do get frustrated with the absolute vagueness of our english word love. I love tea, but not in the same way I love my boys. I guess what would be a more accurate statement is, I appreciate and enjoy tea. I love, cherish, adore, invest in, hope for, worry for, want for, try for, serve, appreciate, enjoy, guide, console, forgive, cry for, laugh with, delight in, and be there for my boys. I like the Greek word agape (unconditional love).
    So thank you @cuddles_ndream
You gave my heart a smile today and it's definitely something I needed to hear.

  • @cuddles_ndream Thank you! Much love to you as well! I too like to express love, but often suppress it when others feel the need to call my motives into question. It's funny how most people would agree that we need more love in the world but when it shows up they can't run away fast enough, or worse...throw rocks.

  • @Rocket_Man / @Ennea2HugU / @GentleMan1111 thank you!!! You guys are truly full of light 🌌 ♥️ genuinely wishing you blessings & happiness !!!

  • @Sideon you asked me not to tag anyone’s name in these types of situations so I won’t, but it seems (respectfully) that when people defend themselves / turn it around on them / or give them a taste of their own medicine , the person being targeted gets blamed .... (just look at the comment the person who brought this thread back up posted, they left a link) if this isn’t baiting than I honestly don’t know what baiting is ... I’m going to refuse to click on the link simply because I know I won’t be allowed to defend myself afterwards but I welcome you to, it is amazing that there is a culture of toxic people on a cuddle website (on a cuddle thread at that) & this group seems to target anyone that isn’t a part of their group (cowardly group because it’s easy to play the tuff guy role online, harder to be kind online, & it takes guts to act the way they do in person which I know none of them will) ... some people know this, but others don’t out of naiveness / stupidity / wanting to be part of this “clique” or simply not wanting to get targeted ... I’m not the type to ever ask for help, nor point out others for doing wrong, I like to handle things myself that pertains to me but unfortunately when I do so here, I’m somehow in the wrong ...

Love back at you. We should all love more!

  • 😂😂😂😂😂

  • @cuddles_ndream one of the unwritten rules of most forums is, don't take the bait. If you feel a post is baiting, then responding to it is pouring petrol on the fire. The reactions you mentioned, "defend themselves / turn it around on them / or give them a taste of their own medicine" are all unacceptable in most forums because doing anything like that is promoting discord not peace.

The best responses are a dignified silence, or a mature and measured answer which respects the various possibilities of what might be happening. For example, that you have misinterpreted the post and it is not actually baiting at all, or that the 'baiter' is a good person having a bad day.

  • @cuddles_ndream Be very careful. There are master baiters in the forum.
