I met one person in the last year, but not having luck finding any other female cuddlemates anyone help just wondering
I am in the same boat as you my friend.
Hey brother I would suggest that you fill in your profile. You have one sentence there only. Put some skin in the game. Write down what’s important to you and also, more important than that, put your best foot forward so women can get to know you a little bit and feel comfortable with you.
Not much of a profile. And the fact that you are looking for people no older than 50 yet you are 56 is likely off putting to some . You are entitled to your preferences but if you are expecting a non pro to see that you will meet and cuddle an 18 yr old who could he your daughter or even granddaughter yet you wont meet people your own age or older and not feel a little bit funny about that then you're wrong
Well said, both of you.
What the previous posters said.
And photographs. 5 - 7 photos showing you in different circumstances.
I wish there were more cuddlers in the 50-55 range. I enjoy the company of “a cuddler of a certain age.”
Well said gentlemen. 😊 Since it doesn’t say “Men please give your advice” I would also like to add that as a woman, whenever a man says “in a relationship” but doesn’t say anything about it in the About Me section it makes it more challenging to engage in conversation. If you add that info (no matter what it is) in your profile then there’s already a sense of openness without a potential cuddler having to pry out the details. That specific aspect is really important to a lot of women it seems. (After reading through 50 different forum threads about it) Good insight and advice though from these boys!!!
In my opinion and experience, it really doesn't matter what is in your profile. I've changed my profile many times and it has made no difference. Changing your profile is unlikely to transform your success in finding a female cuddler. There are many more men than women on this site. And most of the active women are professionals. Meeting one person in 12 months is probably about average for a guy on here. And by the way, there are plenty of women on this site with age preferences for guys younger than themselves. It's by no means something that only men specify. I would not advise relying on this site to meet a female cuddler unless you want to hire a professional.
I get many requests for cuddles and sometimes can't respond to them all. Sometimes I need them to follow up with me a time or two. Also, you need to be flexible in timing. I have people who reach out for the first time and want to cuddle the same day. I usually book a week or two out. When I tell them I can cuddle, say, next Thursday at 7pm, half of them I never hear from again. Or they don't respond for weeks and then reach out and again ask if I'm available the same day.
Just plan it out.
Some people charge a deposit. One of the reasons is because so many first time cuddlers end up canceling. If they have lots of good karma, I think it's safe to pay the deposit. Then you both are truly committed.
I agree with everyone here. I appreciate @sillysassy's perspective as a woman, and I'd say I agree as a man as well. I saw a non-professional female cuddle enthusiast near me the other day on here, and it said she was married. On her profile, she even said she was married in the "about me" section, but she didn't go into any details. Does her husband know? Have they made any mutual agreement? Does he come with her to sessions? I want to know all this before even bothering to chat. Not that I'd be completely closed off to cuddling a married woman, but I'd at least want to meet the husband first and make sure I'm not causing any drama in the marriage. I'd even prefer that he comes to the sessions if possible...a group cuddle could be fun.
Perhaps I'm being overly cautious about this situation, but I've admittedly caused drama in marriages by becoming too close with the woman. I'm not proud of it and am not willing to make the same mistake again. I respect the institution of marriage too much to do that. So yeah, if you're married, lay out the boundaries clearly. For example:
"I'm married, but my wife and I have agreed that cuddling others outside the marriage. She's even willing to come to cuddle sessions with me if that's your preference. Just make sure we keep everything 100% platonic." Don't beat around the bush, be direct about the situation.
This is my cuddlemate.

BTW, at the time, for reasons I don’t understand now, I failed to comprehend the first two comments about entitlement. Now I can’t comprehend why I didn’t at the time. At the time, it was my attempt to explain to men why this complaint is so common and what men can do to increase their chances of finding a cuddle partner.
The advice others have given here is good. Also, what @UKGuy said. Improving your profile doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get a response but there are some things that will definitely decrease your chances.
@Babichev Woooooooooowwwww. Some of the guys who responded to that post sound un-freakin-believably entitled! I'm not surprised they were having trouble finding a cuddle partner. There is some very sound advice in there, though (from other folks, not the entitled dudes).
@squeakytoy. Some people just need to exercise their right to remain silent.
Have you been reaching out to those nearby? You can also try to travel a bit. I have a cuddler in my state of California who travels 3 hours to my city since there aren't many cuddlers where he is. Turned out he traveled every weekend. So this can be for some to do but not all. Also, new cuddlers join all the time. Don't give up.
I've mentioned this before, so again my 1.5 cents I wouldn't say that guys feel entitled... I don't know, some could; however, I guess it's more of hope or expectation to find someone and oftentimes there's not even a reply, while the girls say they cannot keep up with the messages that are received. So... supply and demand. And if you're starving for some human contact, it's just tough. Like @Amortentia said, stick around. I'm still fairly new on this website; participating of the forum and learning from other people's experiences have been really cool to me.
@squeakytoy and not to brag but if you read my first post in that thread you will see that I am the one who coined the term cuddle vending machine. Just sayin ...
@pmvines Oh my god, so you did!! Very nice, and on point, as usual.
I realize most the people on this thread are looking for non-pros. But just wanted to let you know I'm a pro who likes to travel and if your location is somewhere I want to go/ on my travel list I can make a point of heading in your direction if you message me with interest. This spring/summer I'm just going to be exploring/ traveling/ following the road of where demand takes me.
@squeakytoy thanks !! See I'm smart AND pretty
@pmvines Ahahaha, yes! You're smart and pretty. And humble to boot
I’ve only ever received one cuddle request on this site from a local. There are a few nice guys from out of state who’ve said they’d love to cuddle with me, but I’ve complied a list of locals I’ve messaged who’ve never replied— and that includes almost all the men who cuddle men/everyone in my area. Luckily, one responded and we cuddled last week. I cuddled with a woman who is a pro two weeks ago. I guess my next step would be reaching out to non-pro women in my area who cuddle men. I find this ironic, since I have suggested that men who can’t find women to cuddle should try cuddling men, and here I find myself about to resort to trying to cuddle people of the gender I’m less interested in cuddling— and that is the gender men complain they can’t get to cuddle them!
Another irony is that I’m taking the Cuddlist training to become a “Trained Cuddlist” but I can’t even give it away! 😅 (That is to say I don’t even charge yet I’ve had almost no takers.) I still value the training, though, even if it’s only to become a better amateur cuddler.
And, by the way, I have “cuddles everyone” in my profile, but have had no requests from women or people of any other gender.
What is this Cuddlist training of which you speak? Perhaps others of us would find it of benefit, too, for the very reasons you mention.
@squeakytoy perhaps. But hey at least you wont see me on here feeling sorry for myself that nobody will cuddle with me 🙄
@pmvines That is true! And it's probably one of many reasons you haven't had trouble finding enthusiast women to cuddle
Shhhhh ....
@pmvines do you think all the men who complain they can’t find anyone to cuddle with are feeling sorry for themselves? And is there anything wrong with feeling sorry for yourself at least a little when you’ve tried your best to connect with others and have been rejected? The pro I paid to cuddle with me said that she hardly had any female clients because “honestly, women don’t have a hard time finding someone to cuddle with.“ While I agree that men have a lot to learn about consent, boundaries, and respect, I think it would be good to admit that men simply have a harder time finding a cuddle, and they are not necessarily to blame.
@nurturingman I do agree with you. My comment is tongue in cheek and I realize that it can be taken harshly and i honestly dont mean it that way as there are loads of genuinely good men on here who are having a hard time with this . My comment is more so directed towards the ones who post upon post in a pity party its everyone else's fault clueless as to how entitled, misogynistic, and incel they are and how their attitude and hostility comes across. I realize that not everyone who expresses having a hard time is like this , and is in the minority . Perhaps I shouldn't post things like this without at least a disclaimer. No harm intended .
@pmvines thanks for the clarification. 😊
@nurturingman I can be a jerk sometimes . It's one of my gifts
