I have been thinking about going pro. Before I do that I was curious if there is a big demand for hood male cuddlers. What do you think?

I'm female and would have 100% hired a male with plenty of good karma over a female recently. It would probably be helpful for a man to be willing to snuggle all genders too.

The short answer is YES. There is significant demand from women for professional men cuddlers. I know several women, scattered around the world unfortunately, who would give their eye teeth to be able to hire a man to cuddle them.
There is a constant trickle of aspiring male cuddlers through this site. However, I have yet to see a man who is willing to provide the service that the potential client base actually want. As a consequence, none of them ever get any clients.
I became so frustrated about this that I wrote a thread of advice. I even gave it a clickbaity title in the hope that some of these guys would read it.

There are already many threads about how people sign up to be pros with no sense of training or purpose , only in it for the money, not being professional, offering non platonic services , etc . Also there are many threads about men not respecting boundaries , being entitled, being creeps , and not making an effort to make the women feel safe. So combine these two issues that are often brought up re pros as well as men and what do you have? A Male pro ! See where I'm going here ? There is a reason that male.pros do not have success ,particularly those who cuddle only women . Even those with karma from women are rarely because they are being paid to cuddle . Usually what happens is they will try to solicit themselves to a woman on here . They will decline. Then they will say ok fine well then would you like fo cuddle for free and sometimes they will say yes . If it is karma from another pro it usually means it is not a paid session, or the guy actually does pay so he can get the karma and practice . It's called karma exchange and it is usually more about building contacts and being cosigned by another pro . Like hey we both are pros who need karma so you rep me.and I'll rep you , with no money exchanging hands .
Sadly the answer is no. Might be in some location but rare especially if you are looking to cuddle with women only. I did 2 months of pro Sept 2020 and did another month on March, thinking it might have been due to COVID. Got 0 clients over the 3 months and stopped.

@OhioMike that is because they have apparently missed out on this one simple thing that will make women flock to cuddle with you . Ask them for money!! Ask a woman to cuddle, you are a creep. Ask them to give you money AND cuddle is apparently the way to do it.
No offense ment to the pros, but If I could choose between a sincere cuddle with a 500 year old woman whose breath smelled like death, had a third arm, and farted every 2 mins- I'd take that over an insincere paid cuddle with a beautiful woman any day.
I imagine many women likely feel the same way. But I am known to be a bit out of touch with reality.
@Starlost Oh lord, bad breath and constant farting... no, I couldn't do that. I'd sit through the awkwardness of an insincere cuddle with a fresh-smelling person any day, rather than suffer through that scenario. But I certainly wouldn't see them again

Honestly, I've had a pro male contact me before and if it's for cuddle then I just ignore them. I am not here to cuddle pros or pay for cuddles. I've also had a client who turned pro recently. Like it'll still work if they keep everything as it was before they became pro otherwise we part ways. Luckily, he kept it as it was before so I ignore the little pink P on his profile. Was a little confusing during booking then though but we figured it out.

I am hoping so, I am in Central Oregon and though its busier and more touristy in the summer there are still a lot of people here in the down season... I thought it would be a hit but not so much as of yet... maybe I just havent gotten out there enough or in the right ways... back to the advertising n marketing drawing boards I guess... good luck out there guys n gals...
I recently took the plunge of going pro, having read and understood that the demand for make cuddlers was miniscule in comparison to the demand for females. As an older male, my thinking was that my target demographic would be older females who might be widowed or solo for whatever reason, and who would like to be held and cuddled platonically. I expect very few clients, but hope to cultivate a few who are quality ones.

@NtleLLX I wish you every success, as I do with every man who turns professional. Note that the site requires that your photo set includes a photograph of you. If you're not comfortable having that as your profile picture, I would suggest a stock photo of an older man and an older women hugging or cuddling.
Note that the demand for men professional cuddlers is not small, it's large. However, the current market is tiny because the men who want to be professional cuddlers are never willing to do the work required for success. You are absolutely spot on your target market, there is a great deal of touch-deprivation amongst that cohort. I truly believe that success is in your hands.
However - and there is no nice way of saying this - your profile currently gives zero reasons why somebody should pay you to cuddle them.

@atmosphere114 as somebody who has really benefitted from [women] professional cuddlers, I feel your pain. It makes me sad that that there is no shortage of men who claim they want to be professional cuddlers, but apparently no men at all who care enough about that desire even to create a decent profile.
If you would like to post, or PM me, what you would look for in a professional cuddler, I would really appreciate it. Those of use who are concerned with this problem opportunity must work together to fix it.
The demand seems to be considerably less than the demand for female pros, but it does technically exist. So, unless you are in a major city or are willing to travel long distances, I wouldn’t expect any reasonable demand. It would also help if the male pro cuddled all genders.
Additionally, no one is going to pay for anything they can get for free, it’s just human nature. The cuddle supply is the most flooded for women looking for a male cuddler (well, assuming they can stomach filtering out all the noise). This means that for a male pro to even be considered by a female cuddler, his profile has to be that much better than the best enthusiast profile in the area to make the cost worth it. A profile with a few selfies that says I am a professional isn’t going to cut it.
So, hypothetically, if you make a great effort, you may get some clientele, but this is just theory as I haven’t seen it done yet.
