Welcome to the forum, @kiran133. I'm afraid not, no, nobody is ever available "now" for cuddling, not even professionals. That's not how cuddling works.
Also, I know we can see where you are from your profile, but there's no way of telling from the forum itself. The convention is to mention the country, or if you're in the USA which of the 56 inhabited areas.
