I’ll have a breakfast anytime of the day . Eggs , over easy , scrambled , with hot sauce or eggs Benedict , country ham ,and sausage ,fried potatoes with onions and mushrooms , grits ,corned beef hash, wheat toast with butter and jelly , and waffles , etc etc
My favorite comfort food is cake. It is why I’m so cuddly 😂.

May sound weird but the really cheap, not very good for you foods. When I was a kid we didn't always have food in the house, which is one of the reasons I attribute to being chubby cus I can't stand to waste food . If it's there i have to eat it . So things like bologna with bread and american cheese slice , cheap hot dogs , ramen , white bread with butter , mac and cheese from the box with the powdered cheese mix, Vienna sausage, etc. Cheap bad for you food like that makes me feel like a kid again
@lovelight comfort food is a concept which, it turns out, interests me slightly and I've thought about it more than once over the years. I'm currently contemplating starting another thread to complement this one.
You know what would be really cool? If we could somehow create a little "recipe box" thread where people can share recipes for their favourite comfort foods that make them feel warm and snuggly inside. I'd throw in a few pastas and breadstuffs personally. Carbs bloat me so much that it just has to make me cuddlier!
