What is the "a lot" threshold?

I understand this is a way of not making them feel overwhelmed, but was curious as to what is the maximum amount of messages someone can receive before I get this this notification:

You cannot send a message to insert handle here. This member is currently receiving a lot of messages. To make things a little more comfortable for them, we are temporarily only allowing messages from those who are nearby. You can try contacting them again in the future

No I may not be near someone I am reaching out to, but I travel often.

Also , will simply changing my location to match their location circumvent this message?

    @craM interesting. I saw it says you can add a second location, I don't know if that'll help your situation though.

    I don’t think changing location or adding a second location will matter because this has to do with them, not you. They are receiving too many messages to receive one more. Maybe they haven’t deleted any to make more room. So changing locations won’t change the fact that they just don’t have any room in their messages to receive another message.
    I’m not sure on what that number is though. I’m curious to know.

    I sent a message to someone in a remote part of Australia and I got that response. Hard to believe they had that many messages but who knows.

    Wonder if that's an option given to someone only wanting messages from nearby cuddle buddies.

    Change your location and try! Maybe the programming will let it go through.

    The ratio of men to women on this site is around 4:1. When a new woman joins, they are often flooded with messages. I’d suggest looking for cuddlers who have been on the site for awhile rather than ones who have joined within the last month. Don’t know if that would work but I think it’s worth a try.

    I have not heard men report that they were flooded with messages when they joined.

    @UKGuy, how recently had they joined the site? Were they new?
