What kind of shows or music do you put on during a session.

If you have the TV running on the backround or music what kind is it?
Personally as far as TV goes I don't care what's on unless theres a recent movie I want to watch then ill put that on. As far as music goes I like classical or jazz.

Lets keep this discussion positive please.

If I host the tv is tuned to one of those music Chanels ( this is cable) , that plays instrumentals , that kind of relax you . I don't know what genre you call it .

There are quite a lot of classical tunes that I think go with cuddling , like Claire de lune , ( there are a number of Chopin nocturnes,
i would not tune a radio to a classical station you may just get done fidgeting around , and find yourself and your partner in your "sweet spot ". ( I call it the God I hope the fire alarm doesn't go off position), and when the 1812 overture comes on suddenly .....

Good point about that, there's a lot of classical music and jazz even that's not relaxing. Ill usually go with smooth jazz though or have my own Playlist.
  • So once we had on the view and another time we had some ridiculous reality show with people hunting in a swamp.
Its just background noise but it prevents awkward silences

  • Usually either atmospherics like nature of water sounds, or something slow and soft. the paid cuddler ive seen does that. the other person who I have hung with who isn't a paid cuddler usually likes to watch online movies or vids
  • I used to prefer only having music on, but I've been watching TV much more lately when cuddling.

I ask my clients what they would like to listen to as it's their session and I'm just here to support what they want which is in the guidelines and feels positive and healthy for us.

I love having PandoraOne on my phone. It's totally worth the subscription for no ads. I'll
ask if the client has any preference for a music station, or my go to station is called "spa suite radio". It's relaxing tranquil music that I also like to play while I'm giving massages or doing eyelash extensions. It's so peaceful sometimes I'll listen to it at night to fall asleep.
  • Ads totally ruin the vibe lol
  • Google play music works well too.
I subscribed to it and get no ads.   :)
  • Spotify upgrade was the best choice! I have a few atmospheric calm playlists, or meditation style music.
Im always up for a movie, but probably not during a first meeting, Id rather talk and get to know my cuddler a bit <3 :)

  • In my humble opinion, Spotify is the best thing that's happened to music in a long time
  •  Thanks to @Brandi I've been using Spotify meditation music for all of my clients since she told me about it.  Love you girl!  If a client has a preference of some kind of music and would rather listen  to that then I am more than happy to oblige! I also love to watch movies or TV shows with clients if that is something they would also prefer.  Pretty much I just want all my clients to have the most warm and loving session that I can possibly provide.
  • If you type the word "romance" into the search bar on Spotify, your top search result should say "Romance" and directly under it "genre" If you click on that, several playlists come up that are amazing for cuddling. Don't let the word, "romance" fool you I'm not here for romance, I am here for platonic cuddling but several of the playlists are great for cuddle sessions.

I use Spotify "mood," and often use the one that includes piano in the background or dreamy vibes, I like keeping it peaceful and soothing, but I'm always sure to ask if they have a preference.
