Why aren't there more professional male cuddler

I'm curious as to why there aren't more professional male cuddlers. I would feel more comfortable as a woman knowing that the man was professional if that's what I'm seeking out. (I'm still trying to figure out what I'm looking for)

    My understanding is that there is simply no demand. I read an interview with the owner of another cuddle site that had both male and female cuddle pros on it. The owner admitted that the male pros were "just for show," because women clients almost never booked them.  He eventually dumped them, and now lists only female cuddlers. I think a number of male cuddlers signed up here, and then (I believe) a moratorium was placed on them.  I guess the take-away is that there are a lot more touched-starved men than touch-starved women. :-/

    There is definitely a demand for male cuddlers. Their clients wouldn't be women though, it would be gay males. Im guessing the number of handsome dudes who are OK with cuddling another dude and know about this site are slim to none.

    Yea I don't see many women wanting to cuddle with strangers and be willing to pay for it.

    I have received dozens of requests to cuddle with men and I assume it's all for free.

    It is all for free. I'm seeing professional female cuddlers but not males that are professional. So I'm wondering why? I would be more apt to seek cuddles from a "professional male" knowing that he's got a more professional mindset. I would trust that he wouldn't try to cross the boundary line more than if he weren't "professional"

    There are a few male professional cuddlers in the Bay area - but I have not initiated contact yet. I messaged a male professional in Phoenix and we went so far to discuss dates and times, but then he wrote back to say he only works with women. His ad and his statements didn't add up, which is unfortunate, because I was clear about platonic intentions and strict boundaries from the very beginning.

    I would do it, but I don't think I would get any customers.
