  I think you already covered it --- timely replies are 90% of the battle for easy booking.  I note on your profile that you have three preferred days --- if I were in your area, I might write to ask if those are the only days you can do, or merely the best/easiest to book.  Beyond that, I'd just say, something like, "Hey, are you available next Tuesday for a two-hour session starting at, say, 7:30?"  I've been doing it that way with my local pros for years, and it usually goes off without a hitch.  Couldn't be easier.

  @quietman775 I like that request! Simple and to the point! Would it bother you if I wanted to talk first? Or would it be weird to talk about random things before the session? I like to chat to get to know people

  @Karyn, no it wouldn't bother me at all if you wanted to talk first. Nothing weird about that. Having some friendly, innocuous conversation can help both parties feel less like they are cuddling a perfect stranger. Since cuddling (done right) is such an intimate experience, it can't hurt to have some pre-cuddle contact where you establish how the two people get along, so they can be more relaxed and in sync with each other during the session.
  
  Of course, it takes time to grow a deep rapport. More than a couple of email exchanges or a phone call. I have two cuddle pros in my area that I've been seeing regularly for more than two years. We just melt into the cuddles and take up the conversation wherever we left off in the previous session, like old friends. The level of trust, of comfort, of familiarity with each other is off the charts. It makes for awesome sessions. 
  
  So I like the scheduling part to be easy and straightforward. "Wednesday at five? Great. See you then." But once it's on the calendar, I'm happy to take all the time we need to establish a good foundation for the actual session. Make sense?

  As another pro, here are a few of my suggestions:

  I always start off by sending a link of the client agreement and ensuring that we both agree with and will adhere to the agreement during our session. I think it may be a bit impersonal for some clients, but it's very important to establish a sense of professionalism and to ensure all of your potential clients are looking for the service that you are providing.

  Then I like to make things a bit more personable. I personally like to get to know my client a bit before agreeing to a session to ensure a good fit. This lets me know what they're looking for in a session, what they do and don't like, their cuddling preferences, and why they're looking for a cuddling session! Knowing all of that information really helps me get a great sense of what the client is looking for and making sure I can provide it.

  Granted it's the opposite way from what a client suggested (which was also a great suggestion!) But I do stay on top of booking when I feel we'd be a good fit. I typically offer a few days/times I am free, and typically it's not too hard to figure something else. I make sure we have agreed upon a price and payment method, and ask if theres anything specific they'd like for me to bring or any questions or concerns they may have for me! Typically then we won't chat leading up to the session, but I will message them the night before and day of to confirm, and let them know when I'm leaving!
