a bit unessesary

So, i had sent a friendly message to a "pro" on here, introducing myself and explaining that i couldnt meet her nearly 90$ per hour rate as im just a college student and dont have that kind of money, but that i can offer other forms of payment and exhange, such as offering to cook some food for us and give her a bunch of bud (i quit and dont need it and its worth well over the rate asked). Instead of a no, i got a very unessesarily rude reply.
"How dare you. Never message a professional cuddler on this site again requesting free services. You're message is very creepy and entitled. I'm also 9 years older then you.

Gross."

Im glad i never met this person, as there are so many red flags within that reply. Not only was there not anything "creepy" or "entitled" (i literally just explained that i cant pay her money rate but can offer other payment in equal value like mentioned above, but i had sent the same exact message to another pro in the area, who is 4 years older than the aforementioned girl, and i got this reply from her:
"Hi there!

Sorry I just got your message. I thank you for your offer. Sorry it didn't line up this time I visited Portland. I hope you are well, you are really sweet to offer to cook for me. Nobody from this site has ever done that before. Best of luck with your studies.

Big hugs, I would love to have you for a session if you are ever are in the Olympia area.

Hope you have a great week!"

Is it anyone elses experience to send the same message to 2 people, and get 1 message that was extremely kind and friendly, yet another reply that was extremely hostile and vulgar?
Kind of ruined my day a bit to read a message like that. But i hope everyone here is having a great week!

  • In my experiences with professional cuddlers, they have been far more generous with their time and friendship than I have been able to be with my money. I'm sorry that you had that negative experience but I'm sure you'll find far more polite and sweet pros than you will rude ones.

@morpheus thanks, i wonder what would have happened if i offered her money, would she have took it and stared at the clock, gritting her teeth wishing it was over? This is why i am extremely weary of people who only want cash for friendship or cuddles. You have no idea what they are thinking. One way to find out is to not offer cash money, i take it! That seemed to have shown the true colors of two different people. That one girl who thanked me and said i was sweet for offering to cook for her and said she might like to hang out at some point was awesome, wish there were more genuine lovers like her.

Sorry you had to experience that. The response you got was unkind,  disproportionate and not representative of this website.

Please can I ask though that going forward you only message Pros if you want to pay for their services as it's actually a requirement under the rules. It's a nice gesture but food does not constitute as payment here.
  • And I hope that my comment above wasnt misunderstood. My point was not aimed at trying to get free sessions or pay with alternate payment forms. My point was that the majority of pros and in my humble opinion the majority of people in the world are decent and polite. I've noticed that many people will focus on one negative experience and let that form their opinions on things. Please don't let that one negative experience lead you believe that all pros are going to be that way.
  • In situations such as these I'm still polite even if I have to turn someone down for various reasons. being kind is free. They shouldn't have responded if they couldn't say something nicely. At least you had a better experience with the other pro.

Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind. ( I try to live this way to the best of my ability).

Hope you found a good cuddle.
  • It's just a week after this thread was started, and the OP's account is deleted.
  • When I see cases like this, it makes me start to wonder if the OP was a fake and or lying.
  • @Morpheus, That is what I think as well and it happens so often. Did you notice how these posts are all about negative aspects of the site and then the OP is gone.
    Love peace and happiness John.
