Dear Swon If you look through the Cuddling Requests forum you will see a post for your area, you can see what people have said in the past, even if there profiles have not been active for some time, send them a e-mail I had one that had not been on the site for 3 years, I sent them an E-mail and we are cuddle friends, so it dose work. Also this post will be lost in a day or two, you should find you area posts and post on there it will bump to the top.
