Hello, I am new to this and it was mentioned to me such a thing as a "virtual session", can anyone explain how this works please?

This has inspired me to post on a couple of virtual cuddling threads that had gone a bit quiet. There are others which need not be revived. I am hoping to collate and combine it all in one place.
It's a video call where you do specific things which evoke many of the responses and emotions of a physical cuddle.
