Why people jealous about others?🤔

edited September 2021 in General

Cain killed Abel because he was jealous. Many crimes happens around the world because of jealousy.
I had 1 successful cuddle body I met on Cuddle comfort. I live in a share house, my house mate was very jelouse, nosey and boiling, every day asking many questions some uncomfortable questions like did you have sex with her, I confronted him and told him is private he kept quiet. because I have and he doesn't have. Why people jelouse about others rather than be happy for them . now he's happy I get rid of her because she's spoiled, manipulating, and taking advantage of me she was like controlling me.
In Arabic we define Envy is wishing for the grace to vanish from others.
has anyone experienced jealousy in his life.

  • I used to have male friends like that. they would ask me personal questions like if they knew I was seeing someone they would ask me if we had sex yet or just personal questions that are none of their business.
its one of the reasons I don't have many male friends anymore.

  • @Melancholy 🤣🤣 is better keeping away from jealous and nosy people, the problem is jealous is defined as Envy is wishing for the grace to vanish from others. Why they are not happy for us there're Evil people.

Had same type of friends/roommates. They are married, but are interested in deciding who we “deserve” to be with. I moved out and started living by myself

  • @rks_19 better choice making friends from outside better from been friends with housemates. From my experience don't be too attached with housemates.

It’s part of the human condition. Primates and other mammals express jealousy, too.

Here’s a report on one study in terms of monogamy. There are, of course, other types of jealousy.

Jealousy has not been a particularly dominant issue in my life. Neither I nor my friends are particularly jealous.

@Babichev Amazing mammals as well 😱it's a new information i I was ignorant about it, I'm going research and read . But human jealous is dangerous ,sometimes can harm you. You have good friends happy for you. 😊

  • I don't know how my housemate going to do if I have another successful cuddle body and she's beautiful 😍.

  • Haters be hating.

  • @parkwayvisual God protects us from them Ameen🤲🙏

Just my thought (or bias), i think females deal with jealousy better. Males try to be like, “i dont care about emotions” and then proceed to do harm anyway

  • @rks_19 women have competitions among themselves in fashion men in power

What does this question have to do with this site’s purpose or topic? You are assuming your roommate was nosey due to jealousy and happy now because she’s gone.

Also, to the OP, please quit stating your opinions as fact on literally every thread you’re on. It’s pestiferous. I am a woman and literally could not care less about fashion. There are plenty of others like me.

  • @TheMidnightOwl - Idc about fashion either - or makeup, for that matter. 😁

  • edited September 2021

@TheMidnightOwl why you offended. They are many members bringing topics has nothing to do with the site you pick on me. do owe the site? Try a different thread if you are not interested.with respect

@Ahmedali999 Another assumption. I’m not offended. Just salty as I’m tired of sifting through an enormous volume of nonsensical & irrelevant to cuddling information here. I’m rarely on the boards and when I come back, I remember why not. I have asked others similar questions too, not just you.

@DimpleGirl Right? So many. Probably the majority of women! So tired of the mansplaining that goes on about what women think, feel, want, care about, etc. As if we’re all the same, for one, and as if a man is going to know any of that for certain. 😵‍💫

@TheMidnightOwl in that case is fine 🤗 it was an issue my housemate jelouse because I have cuddle body and he hasn't even if I have another one it will be the same.
    Regards

  • Ooohhhhh .... pestiferous .... what a lovely word. New to me, thank you @TheMidnightOwl

  • I have experienced the same thing with my roommate, and also with my friends. I wish they could just be happy and share in my joy. Many times I have to keep joy to myself becuase of them. I am happy for you @Ahmedali999 !

@Babichev beautiful article 👌 @craM a true friend wouldn't be jelouse of you he will be happy wish you more blessing big greetings to you

  • I was talking to my girl bestie today and she gets jealous if I talk about a girl other than my wife. I think it’s kinda cute actually.

  • @Morpheus that's is cute you should be happy and proud that someone loves you and get jelouse for you

  • @midnightowl I don’t believe there is anything anywhere saying that all posts on here have to be cuddle related. I would say every maybe 5th thread is cuddle related. I think I would get bored on here if every thread was cuddle related.

  • I think the mods came out and said that off topic threads are fine every once in a while, as long as they are not done too often. Not sure how many non cuddle related threads op made recently?

I also did not know what pestiferous meant and had to google it! New word added.

Also @OP, the guy might not have been jealous and maybe just curious. But if they were jealous, they are like that because they do not think it is possible to improve their life, or are not willing to put in the work to improve their life. Best to distance yourself from minds like these as they do not know how to enjoy life.

  • Thanks everyone life is easy but people making hard and complicated

  • My girl bestie asked me earlier today what I was doing and I said talking to another female friend about what she wanted for her birthday. My girl bestie asked what she said she wanted and I said a necklace from Tiffany’s. My girl bestie said no, you shouldn’t buy it for her, you should buy me Tiffany’s. Is that jealousy or is it just a girl trying to assert her position? Or both?

Often times we create our own complications... Or at least carry on ones created for us...

Ultimately, once you have choice, it's pointless to blame others without blaming yourself too.

Better to just accept what is and work towards bettering yourself. Cause noone can fix you but you.

Adding: And life isn't easy. At least not for anyone I've ever known. It may not always be a struggle, and ease may even present itself at times. But it's not "easy".

  • @Morpheus she was either just trying to make a joke (that isn’t super funny) or you’re one brunch away from her wearing your wife’s skin..

  • @Sheena123 ~ 😱

@Morpheus ~ Blurred lines can be a good signal to retreat for a bit... Create some space then, when ready, re-connect over a boundaries and intentions convo/your potential last brunch together. Unless you like the idea of her dressed up in your wife's skin suit. If that's the case... then carry on.

  • Well said Beautiful wisdom regards @quixotic_life
