Is it just me or is this a whole new level of tired I can’t explain? As an empathetic person I feel like I’m drained of all my energy. I live in a very divided province with regards to health issues and it’s like I have nothing left to give anyone else. I’m usually the opposite. I can’t imagine what will happen to the world if we all feel like this.
@Chris55555 i feel the very same, but it is largely due to work becoming very demanding In the last few months … 2 people have asked to be moved out of the shift & 1 person has quit already … I don’t know how I’m still putting up with it but with everything else I have going on & putting into place I don’t see myself needing to be clocking in again within a year & a half hopefully 🙏🏻

@cuddles_ndream @Chris55555 I feel both of you on this. Work this month in particular has felt more chaotic then what's already normal chaos. Like no matter how much I get done, it feels like I've gotten accomplished. Not the first time I've had that feeling their, but all my emotions today especially felt like they were on overdrive. Maybe stuff is just finally adding up like you said.
@Shake49 all it took was for 1 change in management (literally just one position) & moral is to the ground lol …I’ve been several years here now, goin on 7 & have always loved my job / coworkers ect … I’m a strong believer in never leaving a job to get away from certain people because trust me, you will encounter the same amazing people in other places & the same miserable people as well, BUT WOW!!!! lol … someone literally just walked out mad 15 minutes ago (don’t think they quit but they walked out) … this is next level
