Overwhelmed

I have been feeling incredibly overwhelmed with life and just not booking or taking sessions recently. I’m starting to feel somewhat bad because I’m receiving messages from potential interested people but I am just so tired mentally that I have no energy for physical touch. Does anyone else get like this? My usual self care methods are fine but also…I’m about ready to pay for a cuddle myself, just so I don’t have to talk & be held in silence. I’m feeling very stressed & it does affect/effect my mental attitude.
