It depends on the person, but every day+.
I'd be interested to see the metrics on these answers, like how answers pool based on age/gender/relationship status.
For me, every day is an idealistic answer that I'd be afraid would encroach into relationship territory. That's not to say it's bad... but that does introduce new risks and variables. Anything less than once a month, to me, isn't regular enough to fit the "how often" intent of the question, though.
Now, I experienced an awesome cuddle session that was perfect for when, and where, I was (both geographically, and personally). And the cuddler was a interesting, relatable and inspiring person. So yeah, I could understand why there's a good number of daily/once-a-week answers.
