Best customer service I ever had was my first cuddles .
Frist time proper cuddle with my pro, open the door and gave me a warm welcome is like i know her for a long time. 5 ⭐
I wanted to pay first she said no ☝️ after the session.
☝️First it was her hospitality she offered tea and drinks .
She made me very comfortable and introduce me into a new world, cuddle world. I had no clue about cuddles ,she held my hands gave me 3 minutes breathing exercises and asked me questions, we started cuddling ,she was doing everything the way she treated me like a rich guy amazing treatment .aslo she gave me 10 minutes extra with a small gift tea and a chocolate.
That day she boosted happiness into me and felt like I'm a rich guy.
My heart, chest become light that's happiness. Depression gone within 1 moment, I cried when I reached home, happiness cry.

  • Southwest.
Week long work trip, coming back home on a Friday afternoon. My flight got delayed and I was very stressed about missing my connection and last flight of the day, and not getting home until following day. I approached customer service counter. They made a call and told me they would hold the connection plane for me. I was thinking: "yeah, right". I know how airlines work and they rarely wait for delayed passengers. When I finally got on two my first flight, I was sure I was going to have to find a hotel somewhere, but to my surprise, when the pilot addressed the passengers during the flight, he said "to the passenger worried about missing his connection, don't worry, they'll hold the plane for you and you'll make it home tonight". Long story short, they DID hold the plane for me and I got home that night. I kind of felt bad for the rest of the passengers, for forever grateful to Southwest. And no, I didn't even have elite status with them. But they showed to me they were human beings looking after another human being. Not common these days.

  • @cranefritz That is common practice with Southwest and it should be with all airlines as everything is computerized now and they know when flights are delayed. In addition, the in air time is padded. If they say it is a 3 hour flight on the website it is more like 2 hours and 25 minutes. Take it from someone who takes about 120 flights a year and has had planes held up—Southwest is a cattle call carrier, but I have used several over the years —Delta, United, etc and Southwest consistently is on time and more accommodating than the others. Just get me there! They do that efficiently.

  • @cranefritz amazing
You remind me an experience with brittany ferries, when I traveled to France from the Uk paid £80 on return journey .
On my way back to the UK i missed my ferry at 7.00am on purpose, because I over slept. when I got to the port they gave me big discount which is amazing £15 not full price but the ferry was full and leaves at 14.00pm next one 22.00pm .one amazing girl called the boss or HR and convinced them to squeeze me in rather then wait until 10.00pm . God bless her
I recommend britney ferry to everyone.

  • @cranefritz @FunCartel The time they give you on the website is not just the in-air time but also includes the time taxiing from and to the actual gate. So your departure time is the time pushing back from the gate and the arrival time is the time arriving at the gate and the plane is parked.

  • @Letsholdeachoth Yes, I understand that (I've unfortunately spent more time on planes that like to admit). I don't know how long they actually held the plane (perhaps only a few minutes, perhaps nothing) but the way they treated me made me feel heard and cared for, and eased my frustration and stress. That was priceless. :)

I was in Jackson, Mississippi and I don't think it's customer service but human kindness. I was travelling alone and someone commented on the fact that I was actually reading the exhibitions and we got to talking. They invited the Biology Curator of the Museum into the conversation for merely some foot suggestions..

But they offered to take me back and show me all their animal ambassadors! I got to pet snakes and tiny turtles, EVEN AN OWL.

We toured their facilities and then just sat and chatted about life in Mississippi. It was eye openning and so educational.

I’ll give an example of a pro on the site that gave me great customer service. She had to reschedule our session at the last minute. When we rebooked, she offered a free hour. She ended up staying an additional hour after the free hour. This was outstanding.

@Morpheus what a great person she is. Only 1 pro did that to me she game me 50 minutes extra and it never happened to me in my life when I was jobless @queencurrypuff it's human kindness wonderful

  • There’s sooo many …. I think its easier to remember the times customer service was non existent or severely lacking …. Sort of like someone having a great experience at a restaurant or bar, they’ll probably tell 2-3 people max, but should someone have a bad experience at a restaurant ect, they’ll tell 5-10 people lol

  • @cuddles_ndream there are many but different levels some very top

  • One of mine that occurred traveling:
    1982
I flew Air India from Nairobi, Kenya, to Mumbai, India, where I was supposed to catch a flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. Unfortunately, they overbooked the flight and bumped us to a flight 6 hours later. In order to compensate us for the inconvenience they gave us a ride to a nice hotel where they furnished us with a room and meal vouchers. We got to shower, nap, and have a nice meal. AND the food on the flight from Kenya to India was the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

  • @Bavaria amazing not all flight companies like that. What was the name of the flight if I was you i I will write them good feedback. Now u gave me 🤔 idea to write feedback to Britney ferries.

  • @Ahmedali999 , that was almost 40 years ago but obviously it made quite the impression on me that I still remember it.

  • @Babichev waw still amazing you remember it. And it's one of your best service experience.

  • I can't remember any great customer service experiences. But if you've ever bought a disappointing product, have you looked for the 1-800 number or the email address on the package requesting feedback? Sometimes you have to go to the manufacturer's website and find the 'Contact Us' web page. I've had good luck reporting complaints. Sometimes you hear back nothing but in some cases I have received apologies and coupons for free products.

  • @UKGuy coupons for free . I remember 1 time HSBC bank sent me £100 cheque for apologising about something I said waw 🤣🤣

  • Funny customer service: I once bought some cookies that were supposed to be health food cookies. They were awful. Tasted like cardboard. I wrote a letter to the company and told them so. They sent me a whole box of various cookies, all of them dreadful. They all tasted like cardboard.

  • @Babichev they're good company.but they have to,what you did is very good that's why they thank you rather than write bad feedback.
