I got to this point because I was curious about cuddling and have made it clear to people I'm on the fence with it because I think about how organic cuddling can be replicated. So, I've engaed cuddlers and people that hire them. I think about the difference of someone cuddling you because they want to compared to someone cuddling you because you gave them money. Specifically, how does a session end, yea?

"Sorry, your two hours are up, peace."

Compared to someone that wants to be there would never say that. I get there are byproducts to anyone cuddling, but I'm not sure hiring a cuddler with a lingering doubt could even come close to the real deal. Even with talking with cuddlers, the interaction feels fake and a pitch.

    You asked.

  • I do agree that it would definitely feel more genuine cuddling an enthusiast. Not to say that finding a good pro that truly loves cuddling doesn’t feel amazing! It is a business, so sometimes it’s hard to take away the professional vibe of a cuddle. But if you do find a pro that really loves doing it, you’ll find that the cuddle is enjoyable in itself. I would never say ,”alright, times up. Peace” lol but unfortunately there are pros who do 😓

    @Sheena123

The issue for me is I love those pillow talk moments. Only you and them exist, right? I don't want to blur those lines in my life.

"Sorry, your two hours are up, peace."

This was a generalization about a session ending. Not meant to be literal. I've never hired a cuddler, so I don't know how they end.

  • The comments here seem to be on a completely different topic from the post. I'll address both.

On how I view the forum

This forum is an overly policed, sanitized pile of nonsense that's mostly a waste of time. Every now and then there's a worthwhile discussion.

    On pros and sessions ending

@Saysoh, I think you should find a pro and give it a try. It doesn't have to be the completely impersonal experience you think it is.

As far as sessions ending, yeah, generally someone sets a timer. But is that really so different from how it'd be if you were cuddling an enthusiast? She'd have to leave at some point too.

Of course there are exceptions -- there are a few pros who are all business, who make you feel like they're watching the clock the whole time and can't wait to leave. But that's rare.

Also if you're a person who normally struggles to connect with women, well, you might still struggle with a pro. But that would be true of a non-pro too, so what's the difference?

  • Finding an enthusiast is rewarding instead of u having to leave off a timer. You will be the one saying I got to go its been fun.

The forum I view is a place to vent. Have someone agree to argument. A bunch if bantering and an occasional brown nosing.
    Good entertainment that's free

Not sure tbh. I was hoping to make potential friends and meet enthusiasts here, but so far it doesn't look like it's likely to happen. At least not anytime soon and with someone in the city I'm in. And making friends is like trying to do it on Reddit or a dating app. It starts off well, you think it's going somewhere, and then they just ghost or stop replying. Which is frustrating.

No professional has ever said to me "your time's up" or anything like. The commonest ending is that a quiet and gentle alarm sounds, the professional turns it off and then returns to the cuddle. Sometimes they mutter something like, "Another ten minutes". But we all know the session is coming to an end and so it does.

I have set alarms when with enthusiasts, so we don't lose track of time. In the the actual ending, the difference between between professional and enthusiast in my experience is small or non-existent. The difference comes earlier - with a professional you know it's going to be an hour or whatever, whereas with enthusiasts it's usually a bit less defined.

@Saysoh you definitely should book a professional, as previous posters have suggested. It's almost always a happy and successful experience.

  • @Saysoh I will be coming back to Austin soon if you be interested in connecting. I’d love to be your first pro experience as we have already talked quite a bit and have good rapport. You know that door is always open 😝😊 but seriously, no pressure.

  • @cuddles_ndream - I view it with my 👀. 🤣🤣🤣

I like to look at other people's answers to questions and sometimes give my own answers. 🤗🤗🤗 I have learned a bit through the forums.

  • @DimpleGirl 😅😂😂😂

& that is sooo true! I love reading other peoples perspective / opinions … & a lot of times their answers help me see things differently or simply from a different perspective, & other times I’m like nah I don’t see it , & defend my perspective to the end lol but lately I’m more mindful that its ok.

huggzzz!!! Dimple girl is so cool! Look at that smile guys , & that hair from a “maybe its maybelline” commercial & she’s funny 😝

  • @cuddles_ndream - OMG. Your reply made me LOL. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks! A girl at my old job used to call me "Miss Pantene".

You're literally the only one I would consider.

"Also if you're a person who normally struggles to connect with women, well, you might still struggle with a pro. But that would be true of a non-pro too, so what's the difference?"

I don't have a struggle to connect with anyone. My issue issue is the connection real when you have to drop two bills on the desk, yea?

  • Re: Time’s up: So apparently I’m the only one who in life got together with someone and said, “I need to leave in X amount of time.”

“Connection” is vague and personal. You may think you have a connection with someone and they don’t but you don’t know it. They may feel they have a connection with you and you don’t feel the same way. Pros are providing a service: platonic cuddling. Take it or leave it but quit complaining about it.

As an enthusiast who has cuddled at least seven or eight men I’ve met on this site, I’ve only ever felt comfortable with two of them. The others were pushy, often downright inappropriate in spite of me making it abundantly clear about my boundaries. Cuddling with another enthusiast does not guarantee a “connection,” whatever that is supposed to mean.

Anyone who doesn’t like the way the forums are moderated is free to leave. No need to announce your departure, this is not the airport. No one is made to participate. We’ve been clear that we do not allow bashing of pros, clients, enthusiasts, forum members. We expect respect for all members, period. No exceptions.

Yes, the connection can be real. Yes, the payment muddies the waters and might make it a little harder to discern what's real and what's not. Think about it like this... Mentally take a pro cuddler out of the pro cuddling context. She's just a woman. Do you think she'd enjoy cuddling with you? If so, she'd also enjoy cuddling you as a pro. She's the same person either way.

    @Babichev

For some men paying for cuddles is a significant step, one that frankly can feel very disheartening. I think it can help to talk about it. This is clearly not an issue you care about, since it never has and never will affect you, but maybe in that case you can just back off and let the people who do care about this issue talk about it without the pointless and offensive intrusion.

We’ve been clear that we do not allow bashing of pros, clients, enthusiasts, forum members. We expect respect for all members, period. No exceptions.

I literally have no idea what you're talking about. Who is bashing anyone? Was there a deleted comment here?

@CuddleWho - you said "This forum is an overly policed, sanitized pile of nonsense that's mostly a waste of time." @Babichev 's comments to you were warranted. Try creating community and making worthwhile statements. Leave. Or choose silence. You have options. [-Sid]

I picked Other, because I don’t view a motley crew of strangers as friends or family. I don’t view it as an escape; I have TV for that. There’s too much acrimony for me to view it as a “nice” social hangout spot. Possibly a place to meet potential cuddlers but that’s not my intent. I have made a few friends on CC, more from cuddles than the forum. My answer is that I like to learn about cuddling and what people have to say about it. I’m not interested in discussions that aren’t about cuddling, such as your favorite pizza topping. 🤪

  • @CuddleWho someone last night made a very rude comment. She wiped it all clean.

  • I don’t see it much as all that fruitful. A lot of general chat and daily affirmation stuff. Last couple weeks noticed a decline in that which I like. Would like to see more about cuddling, other relaxing or distressing techniques. Posts about positive cuddling experiences. Many posts I have little desire to even check out the first post.

  • It’s a great way to see who passes the first hurdle on whether I would ever want to meet or even talk with others here.

  • I’ve developed some nice relationships through the forums and have had the opportunity to meet one cuddle buddy through the forums. When we finally got to meet, we were already old friends from discussions here.

As far as interest in the topics, it goes up and down. Sometimes more interesting to me personally, sometimes less.
