Traveling to cuddle

After several attempts to find someone relatively local, I've had exactly 0 sessions. Maybe it's just the area I'm in, who knows, but is this normal? I'm looking 20+ miles out but maybe that's not far enough? How far have you traveled to find someone?

  • Enthusiast or pro?

  • I would say try @Kai816. She was one of my first cuddle experiences on this site and she is wonderful. I have seen her three times. She is in the Danbury area now I think.

  • @Jackson237 Yes, I have traveled 🧳 to many states to cuddle before. Fun experiences!🤗

I've traveled ~ 45 mins for someone I was cuddling with regularly, and for my first I flew to meet them for a weekend. Yes ~ It's totally worth it to travel!!

Adding... not a pro - they or I.

  • Have happily driven an hour to go cuddle, seems worth it to me. Can't speak for pros though, still have yet to pay for a cuddle session.

  • I'm planning a road trip and I'm hoping to cuddle as much as I can, FL. to Ohio and back. I have driven over an hour or more to meet fellow cuddliers on several road trips with my RV, only cuddled twice in my RV, it seems to put up a red flag as soon as I say RV !!!!!, not sure why. I am hoping for the end of Nov., with NO snow. I am waiting on a brand new 2022 Ram pickup to come in, as soon as I get it I will get it ready to tow my RV.
Not sure what my travel limit would be, I would be OK with 2 hrs. or so, as I like to travel anyway.

  • I drove 3 hours last weekend to meet up with a cuddle buddy who drove 5 hours. We live 7 hours apart, sort of met in the middle. It was worth it. We’ve known each other from the forums for several years and met in person a few months ago when he was in town visiting family.

  • Unfortunately, your story is pretty normal. 😔 I have people currently travel from up to two hours away to get to me in central Virginia... Back when I was in my RV, I had regulars from Maryland all the way down to Alabama.

Traveling for cuddles is the best. It combines two of my favorite things, and a local cuddler is a great resource for recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and can sometimes be a tour guide. Do it!

  • Well, you are an awesome cuddler, @ubergigglefritz !! I'm not sure I'd want to drive that far for a first cuddle with someone. I'm glad I met you in Newport News while you were still travelling. I will happily drive two hours to see you again.

  • @dontremember But it can be tacked onto a relaxing weekend vacation in the woods or a trip to Charlottesville or Shenandoah, lol. There have to be people who would do that for a first time cuddle. 😆

  • I’ve travelled to meet cuddle partners - turning it a mini-vacation made it an adventure instead of a commute!

  • Location has a huge impact. It definitely depends on where you are. I know pros and cuddlers in cities that are far more active than those in more rural areas. I have often traveled an hour or more for sessions.

  • I have traveled nearly 2 hours each way just to cuddle with one pro on here and it was absolutely worth it. I have also had great cuddles even further from home when I was traveling for business or for a mini vacation.

My city doesn’t have many cuddlers who can host and I have not had much response from those I have contacted who can host (and I do include photos when I am reaching out to someone about wanting to book a cuddle). For me a great cuddle is worth several hours on the road.

  • I have a repeat cuddler on here who is 3 hours one-way. After a rapport was established, I started doing overnights exclusively. Although I'm actively looking for someone closer, I can't imagine leaving her out of my go-to cuddle list.
