2 hours is my sweet spot. But I have done 4 hour sessions with some pros that I felt were genuine healers. Fortunately everyone I've cuddled with has been a wonderful human being. But I've connected on a different level with a select few that also consider themselves healers.
Typically for first time cuddlees 2 hours and for others it really depends on how long they feel is needed
2.5 is my sweet spot.

With a non pro I’ve done overnights and long sessions in more than one ocassion. With a pro is mostly one to two hours and the longest session I’ve done with a pro has been three hours.
For me like to hang out just to know my cuddler. Like see a movie and go to a restaurant.So when I book 4 hrs , I won’t need the full fours to cuddle just maybe a hour or maybe two hrs for cuddling
If it's with a pro, my max has been three hours. With other enthusiasts, I've enjoyed longer sessions, but they usually involve stuff like going out for dinner, going to a festival, workshop, etc. Usually when I hire a pro, I have a good idea of the kind of touch I am craving and ask for those very specific things to maximize the use of session time, and it's all about me and getting my own needs met. With a non-pro there is more room for experimentation, and I'm more open to trying something new, or doing stuff which my cuddle partner really likes and needs but I might not as much.

I think about 3 hours is my max for a cuddle unless the cuddle involves like going out to dinner or an event. I can only cuddle for so long before I fall asleep or want to get up and move!
