Please pay attention to the rules about reviews!

I've had an issue this week with people who want to give a bad review when they haven't even sessioned with me to have something to review. For example, I received two negative reviews the same day because I fell asleep while messaging in the middle of the night, therefore not responding fast enough. Everything was fine when I fell asleep at 1 am then I wake up to bad reviews! If there is a small grievance perceived after only a few messages are exchanged, perhaps communicating like adults would be appropriate? Giving an unnecessary and invalid review and then immediately blocking is an immature way to deal with an issue. If I'm not your type that is fine, not everyone is going to like everyone, that's life... but giving a negative review for it is just not nice. Let's all be adults and be considerate of the rules and people's lives please!
Am I wrong?

    You aren't really supposed to be able to review someone unless you have cuddled with them. To do so when you haven't met is pretty childish, but also I believe its against the rules. May want to report them to Mark, the admin.

    The review system is kind of pointless imo. People will give either a 5 star review to be nice or a 1 star review to troll them. Does anyone ever give out a 2-4 star review?

    Report it to the admin and im sure he will delete them. I read all their profiles and it has the same poor grammar. It's easy to tell it's the same person who wrote them.

    @Nicole_moon. Dear Nicole This was a Troll and has got caught as you can see the accounts have been banned, not closed. Ask Mark if your profile can be reviewed and the bad karma removed, it is possible as mark can see all of the corrispondance and make a decision.
    This is a good post as it shows what can happen and get out of a persons control and it has also shows how the management deals with these problems. This is also a good warning to trolls the community is a caring one.

    @Mark deleted the reviews for me and banned the troll accounts! Thank you!! It was seriously stressing me out.... I really don't like conflict so I'm glad issues like this get resolved quickly :)

    The original poster said to pay attention to the rules about reviews. Are there actual rules regarding this posted somewhere on the site? I've discussed this with Mark before and he has said to me privately that a review can't be left unless a cuddle session was had but does it actually say that anywhere on this site?

    If there is not, can we make this an official rule and post it somewhere, possibly the CSA?

    I do know that there are members on this site with negative karma who didn't have a session with the person who left it but the karma hasn't been removed.
