Why would people not post their picture?

  • @Ahmedali999 Surely you weren't trying to suggest that she's ugly right?? You said you're ugly as well??
I think what you meant to say was some people say you're ugly as well....
    just making sure :0

@Melancholy - of course @Ahmedali999 was calling me ugly. J/K. I think what you said is correct, @Melancholy - and if not, then one more person thinks I'm ugly. How will I ever deal with that? 🤔 LOL.

    I don't think @Ahmedali999 is ugly though.

I don't tend to call people "ugly" anyway though. It's not really in my nature, TBH.

    @Melancholy
you are misunderstood ! I'm just complaining about myself? and i like to see her reaction😍.

@DimpleGirl 🤗 I'm worst than ugly i have lack of social communications. I don't care if I'm ugly, if someone call me ugly i tell him so what. Or u ugly too or please don't make me cry.

I'm just complaining about myself and wanted to see ur cute reaction🥰 😁🤗

  • Some of the best people I’ve met with don’t have pictures posted! It’s about privacy but if you’re uncomfortable with that you have every right to either request a photo or not do business with them

  • Yeah this is all much ado about nothing if you send a pic to a prospective cuddle partner when reaching out for a session. Everyone else wanting a pic on the profile I have noticed are people I wouldn’t cuddle anyway. If someone makes judgements on that then they will make other petty judgements as well. But I do understand the need to see a pic before agreeing to cuddle as that is common sense safety.

  • I choose not to post a picture because being seen on this site might cause issues with my profession… but if someone were to ask me to send a picture to them directly (and some have), I have had no problem doing that.

  • Biggest reason I don’t want my pic out there is because once it’s it there it’s out there. Scammers get the pics in their profiles from somewhere! Likely real profiles on various sites.

  • I feel like anyone who doesn't have a photo has something to hide. Whether they are in a relationship that is not open, they don't feel they look attractive, or they are not who they say they are.

Everyone is attracted to different things. Why waste each other's time? I'm a big girl. No reason to hide it cause cuddling is an in person activity. Some people like it, some don't. But this is very much a trust thing and I feel, without a picture, you're starting out in the hole.

I understand if you don't want an employer to see, but then attach a picture to your message. If you don't have a profile pic and then don't send a pic with pic with your message, that's a deal breaker for me.

  • It still amazes me that anyone would try & book with a pro or possibly cuddle with an enthusiast without ever showing them a pic … I find this to be “wow”! … I remember my first ever cuddle (I haven’t cuddled that much on here) & I think I mentioned this before, but I reached out to a pro, we talked & the day came to meet & cuddle, she asked me for my place , I gave it to her & on her way in an Uber she texted me if I can text her a pic of me, & I told her that she’s seen all of them already why does she want more lol? & than she said no that she hasn’t seen any, I looked at my profile & I realized I had them all private, so I un-private them right away & I told her -you’re crazzyyyyy !!!! lol 😂 I’m like there is no way ever if I was in your shoes that I would have ever set out to meet some one blindly …. (Although later on, motivated by this, & trying to crack the code of cuddling enthusiasts lol) I tried to be the most understanding & vulnerable person in the world & started chatting someone with absolutely zero pics… sending mines while still not seeing theirs (eventually I did) but this was my one time doing this & no I just won’t do it again, a pic is truly worth a thousand words (& now their worth significantly less knowing that people use their best pics / altered pics / old pics / ect … video is almost a must now to really see who they are , pick up mannerisms / ways / & honestly even more.

I will say I was nervous about posting my pictures because I didn’t want friends to happen to find me on here. I feel like they would think it was weird or something. But then I thought about what your saying and decided I’d chance it. Worst that happens is it leads to a possibly awkward conversation lol.

  • @malogy i used to think the same & wondered if friends / co-workers / ect would see me here … but than I figured that if they see me here than that means they’re here themselves lol so I started having my pics displayed … a pro on here proved that isn’t necessarily the case (someone doesn’t have to be a member to come across pics) & I was able to verify doing a Google search lol, but even than, someone has to go out of their way to do this, so at that point it would say a lot about them & them not living their life by wanting to be in other peoples lives & see what they can try & judge on … I wish it was mandatory to have pics here I would love this, the more active i became on the forums the more I didn’t wanna show my pics publicly but I do understand that most don’t want to put their pics out there, for many valid reasons, but if anyone reaches out to someone to possibly cuddle, they should always be willing & ready to share pics privately with that person in pm’s.

  • We all use screen names and hide our identity that way and we don’t think anything of it.

People have their reasons for posting or not posting their photos and live with the consequences of either choice. It’s no big deal to me. I’m more likely to respond to a profile with a photo but not having one is not a deal breaker. I always meet someone first in a public place so eventually I’m going to find out what they look like. What catches my attention is the quality of the communication.

I don't mind if someone doesn't have a profile picture posted. No judgement here on what people choose or choose not to do. However, no one has really jumped into the issue of safety.

First, let me say that I was a visiting respiratory therapist for many years so I am very accustomed to going into peoples homes that I don't know. I now run a professional business from my home so I have people here that I have never met before. I was also a professional cuddler here for years. There is a big difference!

With other professions, we have a ton of information on the patient or client before meeting with them and all of that information has been verified. As a cuddler, we have very little information. Not to mention that we are in a very vulnerable position when we cuddle. I insist on photos and a video chat prior to the cuddle, for my safety. There has to be a "paper trail" with a photo, so to speak, if anything happens to me.

  • I may have said this already but my profile is looked at far more since I posted pics than it did before. It’s not even close. So those of you that are hoping for better luck on the side may want to consider listing a pic of yourself. I get the need for privacy, just sayin.

  • I personally really don't care if someone puts a picture on their profile. I had amazing cuddle sessions with people I would have missed out on if I would only cuddle with people who show themselves on their profile.
They have many different reasons why they don't do it and it's not our job to judge them but to respect it, accept whatever their reason is and keep it going. Of course it's 100% your decision what you feel comfortable with, if someone not having profile picture of themself is a red flag to you, then you have every right to say no. You make up your own rules.
I however require a picture before meeting, simply because I'd like to know who I'm meeting. Which is only fair because they know how I look like and often times choose me because of my looks, which actually shouldn't be a criteria, but well 🤷‍♀️

  • For me, at the moment anyways, it's about my own personal comfort. This site's about platonic touch. It makes me feel better knowing that the person sending me a message is doing so for my personality. How I engage on the forums, the vibe of my profile, it feels reassuring to know those things are what got them through the door. After that, I'm more then happy to show them the rest of the house. That's why my profile says feel free to ask for a pic. If I'm the one reaching out, more often then not you're going to get a picture anyways.

Granted I realize this decision reduces the number of people that may click on me, and I get it. First thing I look at is a person's eyes if they have a picture on their profile and my general vibe from that. Right now however, the reassurance feels worth it to me. To each their own. 🙂
