I have a cuddle session with a Pro tomorrow. I left her a message 4 hrs ago. I just came back on to see if she responded. She is suspended. Whan I scroll thru my old messages, it says she is paused. What does that mean?
She was probably not approved as a pro yet.
@FunCartel is right. The most common reason for members being suspended is that they have attempted to charge for cuddling before they have a professional account. Does that person’s profile have a pink “Professional” tag? If not, they have not yet been approved or they tried to charge without a pro account. Another common reason is that their payments to the site have bounced. A third less common reason is if someone is suspected to be misrepresenting who they are, they are asked to provide some proof of identity. Whatever the issue, until the matter is resolved, their account remains but their ability to send and receive messages is paused.
Note that this is not in itself a red flag - it could just be an administrative cock-up.
The most likely outcome is that in a few days the situation will be resolved and all will be well.

Yeah I've been curious about this too because ive only recieved messages from paused or suspended accounts (at least by the time i looked at them) tbh i figured they were fake profiles that the website makes to give users the illusion of engagement so that people keep coming back. Which I am still absolutely convinced this site does.
@samfiddle , the website does not generate fake profiles to spark your interest. Quite the opposite. Moderators, who are unpaid volunteers, spend time every day weeding out the fake profiles, scammers, untagged pros, and people with non-platonic intentions. There may be dating sites that do that but this site does not. What would be the point? The site only gets paid if you complete an actual transaction with a pro. You are probably being contacted by scammers or untagged pros that are then getting caught.
