I'm still on the fence about whether to go or not, cause I'm not really a fan of crowds. Plus I'd rather avoid all the madness that can come from it.
@Lovelight I'm with you, thankfully e-commerce has made it to where it truly isn’t necessary to be physically present, (considering we know exactly what it is we want).

Black Friday basically died out
I've decided on a version of black Friday which suits me - from today until Jan 2, I will not be buying any items other than groceries, gas, clothes, medical or other essentials. Services are fine, but no stuff. Any gifts are going to be food, services, or gifts of my time.
I like your version @CuddlesByDeep. I think that I too will start embracing that way of being more this month through December and onward.
