Salsa dancers make some noise!

If you are an avid salsa dancer, I bet others would like to know! As I look around for places to visit, the thought of finding a few dances along with some cuddles is a lovely notion. Salsa dancers make some noise....what's your favorite dance? How long have you been dancing? I have been dancing for many years and love bachata salsa and cha cha....

    I’m not the dancing type but I’ve always wanted to learn salsa, (this is forever & a half now lol) … but you mentioned bachata, & when it comes to that bachata & some Romeo Santos / Aventura / & some throwbacks like Luis Vargas / Elvis Martinez / Zacarias Ferreira comes along, I’m game 😎

    Salsa is not really my preferred dance but I’m an avid partner dancer and a respectable follow. At least pre-pandemic. I haven’t danced since March 2020. However, if you are in St. Louis I’d certainly salsa dance with you. Mostly I do swing (mostly East Coast but can get by in West Coast), contra, blues dancing (my fave), fusion (my other fave), Cajun, polka, waltz, Hambo, international folk dancing . . . Just about anything except country line dancing and I’m a rank beginner at Argentine tango. I’ve done salsa, meringue, cumbia, bachata. I’m not eager to be in a crowded dance situation but perhaps we could find a situation that felt okay enough.

    I was dancing East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop weekly for 16 years until COVID started. Hoping the dance venue opens soon.

    I moved to my current location for better salsa dancing! But I rarely do it anymore...been doing close embrace partner dancing, Blues, Tango, Brazilian Zouk

    Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Argentine Tango, Brazilian Zouk

    Can lead and follow in everything except salsa and my tango follow is notttttt great. My kizomba lead is mostly what I fake from knowing how to lead tango
