The Pushiness Has to Stop

[Deleted User]Emerald20772 (deleted user)

I’ve had people on her keep asking and asking and asking me to cuddle. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind cuddling. I love cuddling as much we all do on here. That’s why we’re here, right? However, it’s so annoying when someone is being pushy. Stop pestering me already! Be an adult and have some patience. I’ll cuddle you when I’m ready and available to do so. Sorry if this came off as bitter, it’s just that I find this so annoying and childish.

If you have responded to them and said something akin to "I'm not available right now," and they are still harassing you, then report them.

  • It sounds like you need a cuddle…

I’m just messing, I hope it finds you as intended (with love) and I hope your situation improves

It's always nice to meet a cuddler who has hustle , eager to meet people with enthusiasm. Rare. But nice .

  • Block them.
    Period.
If someone can't accept "no" before we meet, they can't accept "no" during a session and that's a problem.

If they are being aggressive, rude etc, report then block them.

You should only have to say "no thank you" once. If you have to say it a second time, block and move on.
Keep in mind that saying something like "maybe later" might appear polite, but it is only an invitation for someone to try again. So don't say maybe. If you are a maybe, say no. If you later change your mind, you can message back, in which case you should then be ready to receive a no if the other person has moved on.

OP is an enthusiast, not a pro, so not sure why she would need "hustle." This is a hobby for her, to do when she feels like, not a profession.

  • @Rezz FACTS!!!!!

@CuddlesByDeep I love that lesson. If you are a maybe say no but you can change your mind!

To also speak your truth with a "I love cuddles but I'm overwhelmed right now. I will get back to you if there's a possibility" keeps you in charge of your time. Good job you and welcome to the site! Love your hair!!! 🥰

  • This is a perfect example as to why female enthusiasts are rare. When one does become an active member of the site she's pursued like the last steak on earth.

Stick to your guns @EmeraldRaven96 . You don't owe anyone an explanation or cuddles. If you're not comfortable say, no. It's a complete sentence. Definitely decline anyone who is being pushy. Nothing good comes from anyone I've met who has been aggressive in messages, historically speaking they have zero respect for boundaries.

  • I agree and even as a male enthusiasts I deal with it in my personal, professional and cuddle life on this site too. I calmly let them know that I have very important life responsibilities (such as work), give them a future date or let them know I will keep them posted (when I have more free time). I know it’s frustrating, we can’t control others actions (especially pushy people) but we can set limits. Wishing you well.

  • And then there’s a bunch of guys that say they would like a polite “no thank you” so they can move on. I’ve always said that nobody is owed an answer or anything at all. This is more proof that female enthusiasts are correct when they just don’t respond because when they do they have to deal with what @EmeraldRaven96 is dealing right now. Even pros I’m sure have to deal with this crap. Some people really have to learn how to take No for an answer.

Block, report and move on is what you need to do, don’t deal with pushy people.

    @EmeraldRaven96
Addige I always use, saying No to someone else is saying Yes to yourself, you don't owe anybody anything, opening your personal space to another person is a amazing gesture, no one is entitled, mental maturity is needed, too many people want instant gratification, everyone has to put in time and everyones time is valuable, scheduling take time too for everyone to sync. Cuddling is worth the wait, hope the interactions get better, and the cuddles too 😊

    PURE GOLD!!! 💛🌟🏅🪙💛👏👏👏

  • Sorry to hear that - I agree with @Rezz

  • I've had some experience with this too. I've had multiple people ask multiple times but I don't mind that so much as I am not closed to cuddling them specifically, I am just not currently looking to cuddle new people right now for a few reasons.

The one I recall that bothered me the most would ignore what I said and pushed to meet under conditions I had said multiple times were not good with me. I would be worried about meeting someone like that.

The problem is really we are all here for a "need" and that need is closeness. It then can extend to a need for comfort, for support, for warmth or for a type of "love".

People who haven't figured out exactly WHY they need a cuddle, or are misguided in why they need a cuddle often become needy because they think a cuddle will solve their problems.

The best cuddlers are those who are truly happy and internally healthy people. Nobody (unless they are professional) wants to cuddle with trauma dumpers...

A "no" is a no in any circumstance, and boundary pushers should be blocked immediately without question. You owe them NADA.
