As a Brit, I'm deeply upset by how an American on TikTok made her tea (heated the water in the microwave, then added the teabag, enough milk to drown a cat, and so much sugar my teeth hurt watching, then removed the teabag after less than 20 seconds and proclaimed the resulting... Beverage? (Can it even be called a beverage?) 'delicious'.
I was sitting there screaming at my laptop. I thought I was going to go into a full Victorian-esque swoon. I had to ring down to the butler to make me a pot of tea (made the proper way of course) to calm me down.

@CuddleBarista1 - One of the goals of keto is keeping your insulin levels low by limiting your carbohydrate consumption. Bulletproof coffee has zero carbs but a lot of healthy fat. I only use Kerrygold butter because it is made in Ireland from grass fed cows. I the bulletproof coffee taste great and helps satiate hunger. The MCT oil is also beneficial because it boosts your body’s production of ketones.
I prefer coffee, latte to be exact, but when I drink tea I prefer herbal. My current two favorites are Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon Apple Spice and Bengal Spice, both of which are naturally sweet enough not to require any added sweetener, but if I do add some it’s honey. When it comes to black tea I prefer Earl Grey because of the bergamot.
@CuddleBarista1 ~ I'm not much of a Starbuck's fan or their macchiatos. Almost all of their coffees don't have enough punch for me. But that crumbly goodness they put on top of the whip is exquisite!!

To be honest, I'm not really sure what the difference between masala chai and chai seem to be as sometimes they are used interchangeably on the internet. Chai just means tea in urdu/hindi so I'm even more confused.
The chai I'm talking about though is the one with cardamom, cloves, ginger, and a few other spices simmered and then filtered with a lot of milk, this is then used to brew black tea. It's really great if done right!

I really enjoy a vanilla latte and cinnamon apple spice is so underrated! I barely made that drink when I used to be a barista. I almost forgot about that drink and it is delicious! It tastes like a dessert. I have not tried the Bengal spice as of yet and what does it taste like? Good to know that you enjoy earl grey tea! @quixotic_life You could find macchiatos almost anywhere besides Starbucks. I understand that may not be your cup of tea or in this case cup of coffee that Starbucks is not your go-to for beverages. As far as light roast coffee, I like panera bread over starbucks. Thank you for sharing @quixotic_life ! @sunnysideup I am definitely curious to find out the difference between a masala chai and a regular chai tea.

I like chamomile and many herbal teas, since they don't have caffeine I feel like I can drink more of it. @CuddleBarista1 Out of like 4 Indian restaurants I've tried in my area, one of them has really great masala chai. Kashmiri tea is a bit different, but also good in it's own way.
@s_huggg camomile is somewhat popular, but not top popularity requested for drinks. I was really surprised that chai tea is number 1 and that matcha tea and chai did not tie up together. Royal English breakfast tea is one of the most popular teas requested and was surprised that chai tea defeated royal english breakfast tea. I'm very glad to do this poll because I honestly don't know exactly what to get for regular/potential clients and would be prepared to stock up some coffees or teas in the future. @sunnysideup It is true that chamomile does not have any caffeine and most people look for caffeinated drinks to boost for the day. I have not tried Kashmiri tea either. Thank you again for sharing everything!

@Shake49 cool!!! I will be honest with you.. I never tried coffee-flavored milkshakes but tried different flavored frappuccinos. I used to love the cotton candy frappuccino (vanilla bean with raspberry syrup) and vanilla bean creme frappucino! None of the two contains coffee.
@s_huggg ~ I like chamomile tea/keep an organic variety on hand, but not for drinking...
I use it as a compress to draw out infection (once steeped the bag can be wrung out and placed over the area of concern, until fully cooled, to leach out the undesirableness). It works great if you happen to have hella picky earlobes or any other smallish issue to deal with.

Oh gosh! This is my FAVORITE topic. I drink tea 3 or 4 times a day. Chai tea and London Fogs are my favorites right now. Honey vanilla chamomile holds a very special place in my heart. My best friend died at 28 from stomach cancer and her absolute favorite tea was the Celestial Seasonings brand of honey vanilla chamomile. It's always here in my cupboard. When I was a school nurse, kids would come in for Nurse Jenna's magic tea. Made with love and local honey, that's all. They loved it. I had every type of Traditional Medicinals tea stocked there in my office. To this day, I'll see former students in and around town and they'll tell me how the tea soothed their souls and healed their wounds. Team tea forever! Thanks for this topic.

@nurturingman I am so sorry for the confusion and looked it up. I didn't realize it was a tea bag. My memory is getting a little foggy and I meant to say caramel apple spice (steamed apple juice, cinnamon dolce syrup, whip cream, and caramel drizzle). Thank you for sharing about the bengal spice.
I hadn't heard of London fog tea so I had to look it up. It sounds vile but I suppose I'd better try it. Earl Grey tea mixed with what is basically deconstructed vanilla ice cream.....
I drink Assam tea for everyday with just a dash of milk. Very rarely black Lapsang Souchong for a special occasion.
For coffee, it's freshly ground Columbian arabica.
