  @Morpheus hhahaha omg lol lol! I was just reading about liquid death and it does have side effects. That is quite ironic that he spoke about energy drinks, yet still drinking liquid death.

It says supposedly "This compound is notoriously known for its harmful side effects, as it's commonly linked to increased blood pressure and cardiovascular disease." I will look more into it and wish not to claim the statement as a fact yet.

  "This compound" wouldn't be BPA, would it? The thing that isn't in aluminum cans?

  (For those who are curious, the quote above seems to come directly from a website which first asks whether Liquid Death is BPA-free, then remarks that you get BPA in plastics a lot, explains why BPA is so bad, then tells you that there is no BPA in Liquid Death's packaging.)

  A friend of mine who used to live on the other side of the river used to come over once a week with jugs to refill. For all the BS we deal with over here, with crime and whatnot, at least we have good water.

  I am really happy with my tap water. St. Louis is supposed to have some of the best tap water in the country. I like it ice cold with a little lime juice.

  I’m anti-bottled water except when it’s necessary. It’s an environmental disaster. We’ve been convinced to pay significant amounts of money for something we can get at home for pennies so some rich guys can get richer. It generates tons of plastic waste, most of which doesn’t get recycled even if it goes into the recycling bin. Calculate the resources it takes - fossil fuels - to manufacture the bottles, ship them around, build a bottling plant and bottle the water, then ship those bottles to warehouses and then ship them to distributors and then ship them to stores. Sometimes they are sent half way around the planet. For what?

  Think global, drink local.
