Public cuddling - Care to share?

I'm not looking for any intimate details. I'm looking for environments, and general experiences.
If you've done public cuddling, either as enthusiast or as a paid session, what sorts of environments seemed more comfortable and what seemed "not comfy"?

For my part, I spent half-a-day at the Minnesota State Fair, with a would-be friend. I actually got seen by people I was acquainted with. It was spent walking around holding hands, people watching, and finding places to sit down and lean into each other (not a huge embrace or horizontal). I got questioned later and just brushed it off as a date, even though we were only acquaintances having a cuddle session. It felt like a great day watching sunsets.

I've cuddled in a park, like a picnic, and at a public fireworks event, on a shared blanket on the ground. Those both felt more comfortable, because I didn't feel, as much under-scrutiny. It was very comfortable in spite of being surrounded, close-by, by crowds of people.

I also had dinner with professional cuddler, at her favorite restaurant and I absolutely felt watched, and talked about. That was a little weird and it really didn't count as cuddling. I don't think I would do another date-like-event such as dinner as a paid-session. I just didn't get anything out of it, but I enjoyed the food.

    I do a lot of public cuddles. Most have usually been centred around meeting near a beach or a lake and just walking, holding hands, snuggling on a bench. Some will involve bringing a blanket and finding a little secluded spot around some trees, listening to music, nibbling on some snacks and cuddling. And then I’ve had ones that were buck wild; more about doing really fun things before our overnight session of cuddling. Some we’ve met for ice cream or for a dinner, or even karaoke. I’ve done one car cuddle but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re in a very big car! Lol 😆

    I've only done one that would count for this thread, I think. First meeting, in a park. We each brought our own shareable picnic, and got off to a good start when it turned out we had each brought basically the same picnic. Chatted over lunch, and then cuddled. Standard position - I lay on my back, she lay sideways with one leg over mine, head on my shoulder, hand on my chest. I fell asleep. To this day she castigates me for my snoring.

    The park was busy - it was a nice weekend day - but not packed and we had space around us. I don't think anybody looked at us twice. She's an enthusiast and we're near enough in age and everything else so we just looked like a traditional couple.

    We were very comfortable indeed. Had we looked different, and people given us sideways glances, I would not have cared.

    (I have been in an unconventional-looking couple, and the people who made an issue of that by staring, asking unjustified questions or making false assumptions always turned out to be the kind of people you wouldn't want to meet again.)
