There exists a procedure in the uS in some states , that a minor can petition the local court system and domestic court , to become Emancipated , from their parents . Once this is perfected , this underage person is now legal to

Buy a house
Get married
Enter into legal contracts

The parents of such person is are now not legally responsible for his or her actions

Now this person might want to :

Sign up on this website
Hire a pro cuddler.

They are under 18 , What says the website about this?

    Whoa, whoa, whoa...I don't think we need to be making this a conversation or pondering about it at all. I think that it's a pretty black and white issue here. No minors are allowed on this website, regardless of emancipation. That is straight from the ToS.

    Once this is perfected , this underage person is now legal to

    Legal does not mean a website or business is obligated to make it okay for an underage person to peruse its material.

    Buy a house
    Get married
    Enter into legal contracts

    And again, these things do not equate to websites having their own terms and conditions. I can legally buy a house, so I can just exist or walk in anywhere I choose? Not so.

    I don't know what the website says but as a client, if I saw a profile under 18y of age - there is no way I'm contacting them. I don't care about what it might be in the background - I just don't want to get myself in that situation.

    But it's somewhat a moot point, as even 18 is well under my preferred age range when I search for pros (or enthusiasts) to cuddle with. So I wouldn't reach out to someone that age anyways.

    I will not cuddle with minors, regardless of status as an independent vs. living on their own.

    The site will absolutely not allow that, for many obvious reasons.

    18+ only.

    And why look at someone’s profile to find something to De- legitimize a thread .
    I’m putting out a valid discussion . If the community wants to discuss pizza and coffee all the time , then ok

    Hire a pro cuddler. (I mean, obviously you are talking about them being on the site to do this then)

    They are under 18 , What says the website about this? (If we aren't discussing minors being allowed on the site, why does it matter what the website has to say about this? They're not allowed. End of story.)

    I feel like before this discussion gets locked or you get a warning or something, you should probably just edit the post and remove what you've written. This is not a discussion that needs to be had, chief. At all.

    The entire premise of allowing underage Pros or enthusiasts on CC, whether emancipated or not, violates our TOS.
