If you’re ever in nyc, it is a must you have a slice of pizza 🍕/ a boars 🐗 head sandwich 🥪 (not actual boars head, just the name of the brand), and bon chon chicken (you will thank me later)… as far as pizza it doesn’t matter where, some people swear by brick oven , for others it doesn’t make a difference, just make sure you get the best slice this world has to offer! & avoid the dollar slice spots … when it comes to sandwiches, our delis make the best! They put subways & all those other chains to shame … when entering a deli, make sure all the meats & cheese are branded “boars head”, make sure to see they have iceberg lettuce (not romaine lettuce as this is a sign it isn’t an official spot), and take a look at the flat grill, it shouldn’t look sparkling clean! And if they mess up your order, that confirms you’re at an official spot! I recommend a hero sandwich with honey glazed Turkey / salsalito / or a chopped cheese … when it comes to bon chon chicken, this is Korean fried chicken… there is no way in the world you’ll eat it once & not go back again before you leave the city, it is that good … when you go, get the wings! & get them half garlic soy & half spicy …. It is heaven on earth 🌍 Lastly - make sure to go to the museum of natural history! Besides looking at the awesome dinosaurs 🦖 bones & so much awesome history, they have a WONDERFUL planetary 🌌 show which if you’re able to book on time in advance & see it you’ll be very happy you did!
