How do you report a scammer ?
@jeepboy Go to their profile. Near the top right is a box with three dots in it. Click on that box to show more options. One oft he options is "Report." Admin usually acts on these pretty quickly. What sort of scam is it?

Ah, if already blocked, then use the Contact form to write Admin. I'm not sure if requests for advance payment are always a scam, but they sometimes are. I had a CT pro whom I had already seen once ask for half up front the second time due to "financial emergency." She no-showed. No re-schedule, no refund, no response to my texts and emails. She had already been banned from the site by the time I went to report it.
Recently, I contacted a pro in another state who said she required half up front. Having learned my lesson the first time, I said "thanks, but no thanks." Not necessarily a scam, but an unappealing business model for attracting first-time clients, IMO. But to each his own. Wonder if @Mark has an opinion on this issue.

There was another thread in which it was discussed how many clients book a pro and then no-show at the last minute leaving the pro hanging and losing out prospective clients they could’ve booked in that time slot. This is a little different but I will reiterate my opinion, 50% upfront is a very viable option but it should be used only by established pros, the ones that have been on the site a while, have developed a reputation and trust within the community. It is unfortunate that there are women that would take money and just don’t deliver the service they were given an advance for and they make it difficult for the ones that are trying to give this a shot and make it work. Report this one though and keep an eye on her just to make sure she doesn’t come back under a different name. Even better, give us her CC name so we are all aware. Good luck.
