@quixotic_life Yep. I know the anonimity of the internet makes some of us lose our inhibitions and feel a little freer, but why some people choose to put their worst foot forward online is puzzling. But ignorance is sorta celebrated in IRL too.

Yup, you could definitely take that quote a number of different ways. It also kind of reminds me of the quote (paraphrased) ‘People don’t care how much you know, but they want to know how much you care.’ So much of our relationships are based on emotions - as I’ve found out the hard way.
I also think Miss Angelou’s quote could also be looked at from a leadership perspective. And not to get too political, but it also explains why some people believe in and follow certain individuals.
