@CarlosHunt - You seem to be operating under some misconceptions, or you are deliberately misconstruing the information presented in order to suit your purposes.
Messages between two cuddlers are not considered to have taken place inside of a chat room. This falls under the realm of "information transferred through the Internet or any other network that you may utilize"; in this case, I'm guessing it was your cell phone, which counts as a network that you utilized.
Whatever privacy may have been attached to the messages originally, as soon as they were posted in the forum they are no longer considered to be private in any way, shape, or form. The Terms actually state that they are "deemed to be readily accessible to the general public".

When someone handles themselves appropriately - and in a clearly stated, reputable fashion (which leaves no room for misunderstanding) - those very actions can count as a means of protection against having messages publicized (like those that have been posted above). After all, what would be the point, if someone behaved like a gentleman?
Incidentally, I couldn't help but notice that you haven't disputed the message where a female cuddler states that you made her feel uncomfortable when you began to kiss her legs, and then tried to touch her inappropriately.
Instead, you just seem to be upset that this was brought to light.

On that matter of posting screenshots of CC conversations, that should only be done if there is a very good reason for it. Yes, technically you can say it doesn't break the rules but I see it as more of a case-by-case scenario.
It seems in this case it's been done in the spirit of warning others rather than for malicious reasons. Whether that warning is justified is another matter which I can't comment on yet.
In regards to text messages, if posting it revealed sensitive private information about someone here then that would not be acceptable regardless of motive. In this case it seems no real full names or phone numbers have been revealed.

I would agree that @Scarlette and @SweetStuff posted screenshots of their conversations in the spirit of warning others of a potentially bad apple, rather than for malicious reasons. I would note that the initial spirit of SweetStuff's post is to point out the recurring issues with clientele who patronize CC for reasons above platonic cuddling. Many who commented here, including myself, surely agree with her sentiments.
