I want to wish all dads a Happy Father’s Day!!! I lost my dad in August of 2020. He was the best dad anyone could ask for. There were 7 of us kids, so lots of challenges, but he was amazing at everything he did. He became a pharmacist paid his way through by working while going to college, opened his own pharmacy and bought a farm, which was always a dream of his. He was a comedian, I always told him he should have done stand up. I heard all of the blonde jokes lol. The thing I admired most about my dad was he was always helping people in need. He had a heart of gold.
He developed congestive heart failure and had his first heart attack at 55. He went on to live to be 83 years old. The day he passed was one of the hardest days I’d ever experienced. We made it through, but I still miss my dad so terribly. Just wanted to share.
