Spooning is a type of cuddling.
The cuddle position known as spooning looks a bit like the standard image of one person giving the other a hug from behind, but with both people lying down rather than standing.
The one giving the hug is the big spoon. The one being hugged is the little spoon.
All spooning is cuddling, not all cuddling is spooning.
I was spooning my girlfriend the other night. I guess that makes us a pair of cuddlery.

@OhioMike Lol. Good point! It's an interesting and odd little book. I prefer a spontaneous and organic cuddle. But if I met someone I was compatible with and they wanted to try specific or awkward positions I would not be averse. It's just doubtful I could do any of them. I'd rather keep it simple and share a snack afterward Dude, you look like you could have used some sunglasses in that pic. ha ha
