Oven roasted pork lechon. Sinfully delicious 😋, very tasty juicy meat & crispy skin.
A recent dish I made that I really enjoyed, stuffed honeynut squash! The stuffing is Arborio rice cooked in white miso broth, Italian turkey sausage, fontina, parmesan, Greek yogurt, sautéed garlic and shallots, black pepper, and parsley. Definitely going to make this again the next time I can find some honeynut squash at the farmers market.
